With a name like "Best Fish and Chicken Wings" how could you not be curious, but never have I been so pleasantly surprised. I didnt expect much going in: this is a small joint nestled off the beaten path in downtown Sanford, but having seen their bright neon sign from outside of various bars so many times, eventually I just had to know what they were about. Yes: they definitely have the best chicken wings. I have been a longtime proponent of West Ends chicken wings, but Best Fish and Chicken definitely gives them a run for their money. I highly recommend the tangy mustard sauce, and the wings themselves are both juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. They come served with fries which, while nothing special, are always fresh. The other surprise to Best Fish and Chicken: the Korean food, which I have tried the entire menu of and never been disappointed in. The dumplings are crispy and have a nice salty crunch to them, the kimchi is one of the best Ive ever had and the bulgogi is always good. The owners are super friendly, and the shop is small but has a good variety of tables to fit different sizes parties. I am glad that Best Fish and Chicken is a part of the downtown Sanford community, and it has become a definite go-to for me for casual meals with friends.

Sweet, sweet owners serving 100% authentic Korean food, as well as the best chicken wings ;) Food is so fresh and made to order. Everything Ive tried is delicious and dishes can definitely be shared. For the price, they give you a lot of food. My favorite dish is spicy chicken bulgugi. I definitely recommend you try it!!! Plus, sanford brewing Co is right across the street!

This place is way better than you would expect it to be. Just tried it for the first time... Got hot wings and beef bolgogi and fried swai fish and egg rolls. Everything was seriously amazing. I will definitely be a regularly returning customer. The owners are really nice too and they keep the place very clean. I highly reccomend anyone try this place.

Came for the first time today on a whim bc I love wings. This place has some of the best wings Ive had. I got hot wings and the sauce is fantastic. Fresh made to order. Fries were also crispy and had flavor. Absolutely will come back. Cost slightly more then Id want to pay but the food quality was worth it.

Amazing little eatery in Sanford. They really should change name to Best Korean BBQ. Their chicken wings are good, but their Beef Bulgogi, & Spicy Beef are AMAZING!!! Its just the owners running the place, so its great to call ahead. The owners are super friendly & really great with service.

The food tastes great 1st and foremost. I eat here on a weekly basis. The the owners are so kind and actually do all the work themselves. Try the lemon pepper wings thats my favorite. But I also love the Korean bulgogi and shrimp fried rice.

Excellent food! It gave me very fond memories of my childhood. Im from New England and have not found anything close to the food from home. I did today!! Very courteous and friendly staff. Definitely will be returning very soon.

The Korean ramen noodles were superb and the Korean side dishes were nice also. Also I enjoyed the Korean yogurt bottle thing afterwards. The owners are so cute and helpful. I would highly recommend you stop by and try!

The Korean food is amazing!!! Best around. Egg rolls are to die for. I heard the fish and chicken wings are great too. But Im stuck on the Korean food. The owners are the sweetest couple. You wont be disappointed!

Absolutely good Korean food. Nice clean. Owners were pleasant. Reasonably priced. Located in restored section of downtown Sanford. Wheelchair accessible. Bathroom clean and inviting.
