Service was poor... When we got there we was going in a the servers (girls) was more interested in the group of guys that was by the front door... We stood there for 5 minutes before they even said hi and then said well you probably dont want to sit in here. We said ok and went to the patio and sat. After over 20 minutes someone finally came over to take our drink order... Remind you the only people that were in there was that group of guys. And another couple. So we waited... She finally came over we finally got our drinks then we placed our order... About 25 minutes later, all we ordered was the nacos and cheese and sour cream. We finally got our order. Then wanted some sour cream and wanted another 20 minutes before she came back and that was because we were starring at them.... Then she came over ask if we could get more sour cream and she said yes and then didnt see her for awhile agin... About 20 minutes later she came back oh here is your sour cream... By then we were almost done. So was ready to leave and waited another 30 minutes did not see anyone... Finally she came out and ask what we wanted and we said our bill... Remind you by now we are the only people in there... Besides the workers. After 10 minutes she finally brought us ore bill then she disappeared again... After another 15 minutes she came back and we handed her the bill and left... Piss poor service.... Not nice, more worried about the guys table than anything else then after they left didnt care about anything... Just wanted to stand around and talk and play on there phones...

we went to the race subwayjalapeno 250, the race that dale jr won with his dads number 3.we were in a great mood.....then i am not sure y but hooters refused to serve us a pitcher of beer.i ordered a glass and it tasted watered down and it cost 4 98. we have been to the place many times and never had this problem.we ended up taking our food home.when we asked for blue cheese,celery,and sauce for our wings we were told those will cost extra!!!!so we spent 75.00and had 2 nasty beers,30 wings,2 orders cheese sticks and onion tanglers with no condiments to go with them.the place was not busy we got a table right away and now we know y.hooters better straighten up we r beginnig to look else were for our wings We went back to Hooters 8/15/10 just have to say,all was made right.First we recieved phone calls from the managers asking could they make it right. Last night we went wth 12 friends and a few mistakes were made but were corrected right away and the managers Wowed us when we got our check.So a lesson learned America speak up and you will be heard.THANK YOU HOOTERS

Pretty lousy experience. Went with a friend and ordered a buffalo platter and a soda. Food was soo overcooked and had little flavor. The Boneless wings were deep fried so long that they were trash. Lastly the shrimp were so bad that I only ate one. Service was lousy and unprofessional. Our server practically begged to solicit anything else that would drive up her tip. And that is exactly what she did. We were charged extra for every little thing they messed up. Bill was almost $60 for 1 soda an appetizer including the 10 Boneless wings and 2 domestic drafts my friend had. The part that upset me the most was she had the nerve to charge me for each refill I had on my soda. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I was so mad that I just paid my bill and walked out. Will not return. Go to buffalo wild wings for good wings. To be honest McDonalds has better wings than this Hooters location. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Here for the race. Yes I know its busy. They know it will be busy. I understand. But this GM couldnt manage a turd in a toilet bowl. 45 min wait for a burger outside. The cooknwas inly cooking 4 at a time with a line of people wanting a burger. No one was managing this stand. The faces on these people looked like they saw a horror movie. That burger booth was losing g business left and right. They could have raked it in..Im sure they did but with thousands more. Its called a ticket. Write it down past it on to the next team member. I own 2 restaurants and they left a lot of money out there that they didnt capture because they werent managed....at all! Get it together guy. You know you are going to be slammed.

My family and I visited on Fathers Day 6/18/17 for their Fathers Day special and besides our waitress, Aubrianna, the visit was horrible. Food was cold. Forgot our appitizer until after our meals arrived. My husband took our daughter into the mens bathroom to use the restroom and one of the male managers working was standing in the stall playing on his phone, my husband could see his feet on the other side of the stall away from the toilet. It wasnt until my husband said something that he sat on the toilet. When my husband left the bathroom with our daughter who I then had to take to the restroom, he watched to see who came out, which is how he knows it was a manager. We wont be returning to this location.

Service was non existent had to search out waitress multiple times for food order, additional items, boxes and check the lame reason they gave was kitchen was under-staffed dining room was EMPTY of patrons Service was ridiculously slow!!! We waited a good hour just for WINGS!!! We complained twice and nothing was done ...when the food came it was subpar at best..luke warm told the waitress but no manager even acknowledged us and our complaints ...had to go look for a to go box and then the check... This place was very disappointing!! Wont be returning!!

On a Monday evening, we stopped by for dinner on our way home to Miami. Our waitress was Jessica M. We watched her sitting at the table next to us socializing with 2 of her friends as we waited an hour for our food to be brought out. Wings were not hot, fries were barely warm, and the cheese was clumpy and hard. Clearly, our food had been sitting out for a while. On top of that, her friends she was socializing with, who arrived 30 min AFTER us, received their food right after ours was placed on the table. What kind of tip do you think she got?

There was like no one there, they were quick to serve us and we had 12 in are party. The problem was when it came time to pay. We told the waitress single checks go all, and when it came time to pay it was a nightmare. Mine was the easiest because I had a sandwich and water. All I kept thinking of what if the place was hopping. That almost ruin a nice night out, but we didnt let it. I would go back to that one to give it another chance.

The food is always well prepared, the beer is always cold, and the staff are always friendly. Cant ask for more. But for those that do, they have TVs showing every sporting event available and theyll happily change the channel on any of them so the customer can have a good view of the game or event they want to watch. Hooters of Daytona is one of the best spots in the area. Try it at least once. I guarantee youll enjoy it.
