NO STARS!!! They need MORE EMPLOYEES or they just need to close down!! Horrible customer service!! So in order to leave a review you gotta give a star -_- this place actually deserves NO STARS!!!! The service is horrible! Delivery takes an hour although they tell you give them 35mins DONT BELIEVE THEM! When you call to speak with a manager they tell you to give the driver 5 MORE MINS -_- we give 10mins and still NO FOOD!! As we call back the "manager" places you on hold tells you to give him 2mins and and ends up being longer. Hang up to call back the manager tells you he cant do anything about your food being LATE!! Shows no concern for our feelings!!! As I write this review my food has finally arrived -_- MY FAMILIES FOOD IS COLD AND HARD!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for a disgusting dinner!!!!!

horrible horrible place to order. The first time i ordered it took 1.5 when i was promised 45 mins... when called to check on the order, they were rude and explained the business "gets back up" during the busy hours... mmmm maybe you need to get a little more prepared not to be backed up. was offered $10 credit. Only due to the credit ordered there again today. The salad was missing the dressing and there were no utensils... when called them, they said they would send someone back and apologized. Everyone was under the impression a new salad would arrive, because the shrimp got cold and due to inconvenience..... nope. half an hour later, 2 bags of dressing and forks. Thanks, but no thanks, wing zone. very disappointing. would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered for pick-up and was told 15 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later and stood at the counter for 15 minutes before an employee even acknowledged me being there when there was only one other couple in the place. When somebody finally helped, they said my food was STILL not ready and I waited another good 10 minutes for them to finish. Wing flavors were also very off and just werent good.

I ordered 15 wings and it took an hour and a half to arrived. They also forgot my ranch dressing....Luckily I have some. The wings are so small...The delivery boys XXX is bigger not that it was .I can make my own and buy it from Publix....so disappointed! If I were you ...make your own ..much better and bigger! Never again... ER Nurse

First time trying it on a groupon and wasnt disappointed. Great flavor choices and got much help from the gentleman at the counter deciding what to get and how to go about ordering it. Even refilled my water without asking. Ill be back next time Im in the area.

Amazing wings, and fries!!! They always have such great deals as well. We have tried the honey q (my favorite), buffalo bliss, and thai chili. All flavors were so good and flavorful! Definitely my favorite wing place in the area.

Food was HORRIBLE, the service was fast, and friendly BUT STAY AWAY FROM THE FOOD. It had my family running to the restroom and having upset stomach for the rest of the night. We had to throw away the rest of the food.

A great little wing place, plus they have delivery. The wings are sorta small, but the sauces make up for it. They offer wedge fries instead of traditional and when you get them seasoned, theyre delicious!

They took OVER an hour to deliver 20wings I leave 5min from this location ridiculous I can order from Buffalo Wild Wings 15min away and get better quality food for sooner then an hour

My favorite wing place above all others. Stuck on the hot shot; cant order other sauce because I like hot shot so much. Staff is great contrary to what a few others have said.

They got my order wrong and when I called up they said it was my fault and wouldnt replace it but on the good side the sweet corn and the mac and cheese was really good
