Horrible service. Wont be going back. All our server did was bring out our drinks, ignored us when we tried to get additional sauces/refills, another server who recognized us was nice enough to grab us more drinks. When brought to the attention of the manager on duty, she told us that our server, Crusty, had a bad experience with us prior, and thats why he wasnt waiting on us. We havent had any bad experiences prior to this, but the manager still took his side, and told us to "ask for another server next time." There will not be a next time, not after the way this was poorly handled. We used to drive from Fleming Island to go here, but our business wasnt appreciated.

Hello, fellow Googlers! This place seems like a dump from the outside, but please do not allow that to steer you away. Things wings are by far the best in Jax. They are seasoned well, cooked with the right amount of crisp, and the wings are bigger than those other places. On Tuesday, they offer 55 cents wing night for dine in customers with an order of 12. I thought this was a gimmick and you would be limited to the flavors or they would serve skimpy wings. I am glad to tell you that nine that applied. Great food, but could be better service. Other than that, go to Wing-it!

A pretty decent wing place. A bit pricey for my taste. Not a lot of flavors, but what they do have is pretty good. Chili cheese fries are cheap and plentiful. I usually order to go, so I dont know to much about the atmosphere inside. I used to go more often with the buy 12+ wings get 12 free coupon, but each time i get the coupon its was free, then a dollar, then 2, so i havent been in a while and another wing place opening a street over they may need to get competitive again, which is good for the customers.

Hidden in a little plaza behind a CVS store on Losco Rd & Old St. Augustine Rd. This place has that sports bar environment and the wings to back it up! Ive had wings there several times and Im pleased and full each time I leave. 12 wings & fries for only $12.89, plus split 2 sauces between the wings for a nice sample. The staff is very friendly and I am always greeted with a smile. If youre looking for a change of pace for the family or group of sports enthusiasts, stop by and give them a shot!! #chickenwings

The food is awesome and the staff is great. Only gripe is that the buffalo sauce is so mild, volcanic to me is medium, gotta add heat at home. The place has been cleaned up a bit and reorganized so it looks nicer, bathroom was clean when I went. Takes a little time to get the wings out because they are cooked to order, but worth an extra 5 minutes than getting small, luke warm wings from buffalo wild wings. cajun is good and the fried pickles are awesome.

Found Wing It a few years ago and my husband and I are addicted. The place is not fancy but it is clean, the service has always been excellent and most of all the wings are huge compared to any other place I have found....totally delicious. You may walk in on some days and think that they are not popular go in on any game day, Tuesday (55c wings) or even Thursday for all you can eat......the place is packed.

Food was good, service was ok. Very obvious my sons football team along with the coaches and I were not wanted. When we walked in everything stopped. Nasty stares, people even left. Sad, I didnt think we were living in the 1900s anymore! I spent over $100 here. Will never visit again. If my color or presence isnt good enough, my money isnt either!

The waitress was amazing. The first few times we went was great. This time the wings were not as good. The pool sticks do not have any tips on them, so we couldnt play a real game of pool. I would love to see dart boards and maybe a little more younger kid games,,but all around it was good.

The quality of the food (WINGS) is consistent each time you go... they are absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is friendly and the service is very good. Sometime slower on the lunch side on certain days of the week but overall an excellent place for wings in Jacksonville.

Great food great prices. The server you get can make your experience great or not so great and there tends to be an inconsistency on the amount of sauce on the wings. All that being said this is one of our favorite places to eat
