I love eating here I come almost 3 times a week and a least one delivery a week but it would have been a five but the cashiers are getting ruder everything I come in Im not difficult at all simple orders. But it seems as if she doesnt want to be there. And its always that same girl when I come. And also I was disturbed by something that happened while I was in line to pick up my food. One of the cooks came out from the back pinched a piece of one of the brownies put it in his mouth left the rest of the brownie in the display and walked away. And I told the cashier that she needed to take that out of the case so she wouldnt sell it to anyone but other than that. Its been Greer but really need to work with the employees about there customer service and how they deal with people a little better

I have been going since it first opened..But the last 2 times I hav gone the wings have been very small..I thought it was a fluke the first time but the 2nd time I knew it wasnt..Very disappointed..Also I hate that you only get one small cup of ranch for a 10pc wing order...Even McDonalds give 2 sauces for a 10pc nugget..They charge me everytime for an extra ranch..The bad part it isnt ranch they bought from a company individually packaged, its ranch that is poured into a to go container. (I know because they were pouring it last night while watching tv when i got my food).They always say well you gotta talk to the manager about that..So today Im letting it be known please rethink the amount of ranch for a 10pc and go back to the regular sized wings...Thanks..I hav no other complaints though

This place has great food. I frequently order food from this restaurant but the wait time is ridiculous. I have waited anywhere from 30-60 minutes. With two small kids thats the longest hour ever. I made a call an online order last week everything went fine. I attempted to order today while I was driving home and was told I must pay first because its over $20. Ordering any two meals is over $20 anyway. My purse was in the trunk so I couldnt place the order. So now I will take my business elsewhere because I have been ordering from them for sometime and I explained I was in no position to get my wallet and two small kids waiting forever in this establishment is a bit much after working 10 hours. Not worth the headache.

Its been my pleasure to frequent this business. I see some of the negative "reviews" posted, and feel really bad for those particular patrons, but I have NEVER had a bad experience with them, and Ive been a customer for the last 9 months or so. Price is very reasonable, wings are ALWAYS HOT AND FRESH and from MY understanding, they PERSONALLY MAKE some of the sauces used. TRY THEM, YOULL LOVE THEM! The next time I visit, I MIGHT even introduce myself! LOL! Wing Palace, stay blessed and prosperous!

I am always a supporter of a fresh and upcoming local business. The pleasant owner takes pride in his establishment because the place was very clean, even the bathrooms. The food is decently priced and doesnt fall short on taste. I advise anyone who lives on the north side to stop in and give it a try. It wont disappoint. Plus they have free wi-fi and online ordering. Will definitely come back.

Placed an order for delivery. Told it would be 30 minutes to an hour. It has now been almost two hours. When you call it seems as if the manager doesnt even care. Explained I wouldnt order from them again and he said ok. Wow what great service. To make matters worse the food is cold. Call to complain no one answers the phone.

The food is good when they get it right. Check your order before you leave. Sometimes calling in is useless due to the phone just constantly ringing. The 2 young female (A.A.) cashiers dont know customer service at all. However the slender guy with the dreads is always pleasant.

I literally called 5 times and keep getting putting on hold or hung up on ... My sister recommended the place because she say they are so good but right now Im highly disappointed ... They dont get when answer the phone just say hold on need better customer service

Great customer service! It was my first time there so I was offered a sample of the different sauces. The wings were cooked to order so they were fresh and hot!! The restaurant is very clean and nice. A great place to grab so wings and a beer and chill.
