I have been going to wing shack for two years now. They recently had new owners take over, and its worse than its EVER been. You wait forever for drinks and food or to even be waited on. Peggy the bartender made drinks and brought the drinks and promptly walked away and did take the money to pay for the drinks (it was on the bar) she walked away and did not come back for at least 10 minutes, we ended up leaving a 20.00 on the bar and the bartender ended up getting a much bigger tip than we had planned or she deserved. She stole her tip by not collecting monies when the drinks were served quite the scam that bartender has going on. I have sent emails to Daniel Mercado he apologized and made many excuses for his staff ( shes been with us a long time, he has only been a manager for 4 days etc.) offered gift cards, and for what to go back again and get the worst service possible (bartender was too busy stocking her beer for her closing work instead of serving customers) I never collected said gift cards I would much rather see excellent customer service not sugar coated gift cards. I have personally spent up to 105.00 on a bill at this restaurant and being stolen from by bartenders is the thanks you get!

I used to love wing shack. Been coming here since 98. They used to have the best wing in Orlando hands down but now its a hit or miss. They also used to have all you can eat on Monday nights but they stopped that back in 2008 or 2009. In fact they they cut me off at 50 wings saying that they no longer do all you can but yet they havent taken it off the menu at the time. Thats about the same time the new owners took down all Boone High school and Gater stuff and replaced it all with eagles crap. The people of Conway was the number one support for wing shack and now most of the people that went there every day or once a week like me and all my friends have gone elsewhere. Since then Ive been at Pipers on Conway and Curry Ford Rd. Everything is cheaper and the wings are better. Plus, all you can eat wings on Monday night for $9.99

Terrible staff. Undertrained and unprofessional. Owner is a grumpy old coward. The only valuable employee moved space heaters for our party and he came out and scolded us for "moving the heaters without his permission". He then proceeded to obviously bad mouth us for "moving the heater" and had a rude manager come tell us not to touch the heater again. I asked why he asked her to come tell us that after he had already told us numerous times when we had never even touched it once. The food is mediocre. And when I say mediocre thats shooting high. The shooters taste like Lunchable-grade meat and the waitress added more money on someone in our parties tab for the tip and he proved it. The waitresses are scum but it makes sense given who they were trained by. I wouldnt refer wing shack to my worst enemy.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER! Waited over an hour for our food, waitress was not attentive, once our food came out it was only the wings, waited 10 more mins for our sides and the wrong sandwich came out. In a rush to make a flight, had to take the right sandwich to go. Once we all left the waitress thought she was SLICK..and could flick us off with the proceedings of a F*** Off and a member of our party who went to the bathroom caught her. Had to walk back in and leave the sandwich because who knows what could have been done to it with that attitude. NEVER AGAIN. Would not recommend, so sad, we were once repeat customers. Management never once came to see us, we had to get another waiter who then proceeded a message from the manager. What kind of management is that???

Very mediocre service and the atmosphere was not so eventful. I dont think I will be dining here again, it seemed to be a lot going on, it was almost like a bar that happened to be a place that sold food. A lot of our wings were burned and we had to send them back. The wings were charred and I didnt feel that they deserved a picture because they were suppose to be the trophy wings. My first experience here a year ago was very fun and delightful, I do love the fact that there is live music on Friday and Saturday nights, but maybe this was an off night for them. The Boom Bang Shrimp were of a nice size but lacked in major flavor, wouldnt recommend trying them!

I went on a Sunday afternoon for the first time after a day of working in the yard. The lemon pepper wings were awesome and cooked perfectly to the bone. A bit pricey but the sauce was yummy! I cant wait to try their other flavors (maybe on wing night when they have specials). SHANNON was an awesome bartender! Very friendly and she made our drinks to perfection. Not all bartenders greet you with a smile but she made our day! It was not very crowded and there were all ages of versatile people. Music was played on the "jukebox" so there was a variety of songs. People seemed upbeat but chill.

I was an uber eats driver for here. When I say this place is UN PROFESSIONAL. I mean it. I came to get a persons order and they "say" they made it but they dont know what happened to the order. Are you serious? They wanted me to wait 10min. Welp 10min passed. Then another. So according to my Unbereats app I have the right to CANCEL this order and move on. These people gave me a low score saying I was unprofessional by leaving. When in fact they didnt have their stuff straight. So if you want to be played go to Wing Shack. H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E

As others have mentioned, this is a bar for people who want to watch the Philadelphia Eagles, and maybe other sporting events. The wings were somewhere between terrible and acceptable. I guess that would be "bad." It might be because I showed up during the third quarter of an Eagles game in which they lost. But yeah if the item listed in your businesss name isnt good at any time, thats a demotion. Also there is an older drunk guy who always sits on the patio and says stuff to passersby. He probably keeps the place in business.

I love this place! Ive been coming here for years for Eagles games (Not an eagles fan, but my boy is and they are all funny to watch during games.) Ive tried several entrees on the menu, but the wings are easily the best thing to get. Their trophy sauce (I mix it with the suicide sauce for some REALLY good wings) is something everyone needs to taste! Drink specials are great and I love the live bands on days they come. The staff is nice and attentive, but can be hard to get their attention during Eagles games.

The wings and burgers are almost always GREAT! Out of the 20-30 times Ive been, only twice were the wings "undesirable". I only told them of the one time and they gave me a full credit to be used the following day! ($45.00!) (Im sure if I told them it happened again, 2 weeks ago, they WOULD credit me again. I just didnt want to be known as a complainer) The Ranch dressing is sooooooooo GREAT! Theyve got great service all the time! It is definitely a family favorite! -ThePwrSerg
