I normally have a good experience here but I called today and got Andrea on the phone. She wasnt pleasant at all and would not honor a coupon I got off of THEIR company website. She was very blunt and did not care when I told her that if she wouldnt honor THEIR coupon(which was clearly not an online only coupon) that I would have to order somewhere else just out of principal. She told me to call customer service haha. Again, Im giving three stars instead of one because normally they are good. I probably wont order from here again unless Andrea works somewhere else because her customer service is terrible. Hopefully you dont get Andrea when you call. I guess the Hungry Howies down the street wants my business more, obviously Andrea doesnt need it.

The staff is God awful. Very inconsiderate, and dont really care about any sort of request, even just asking for a side to be crispy or lightly done is too much for them. I placed an order online and called the store 2 minutes after to ask for a crispy side, to which I was told the food had already been taken out of the deep fryer. So Im supposed to believe it was cooked for approximately 2-3 minutes? Unbelievable. I have been a long term customer here for awhile now and had always hoped for an improved staff but they seem to have only gotten worse. I advise all to stay away and go elsewhere.

I order from this pizza hut for the last 13 years and I hate to say this is the first time I was very disappointed with the food. Ordered two pizzas they looked and tasted very dry,like old looking. I was so looking forward to eating the sausage an red onion pizza,but settled for a tuna sandwich. I wanted to take them back but the kids wanted to eat it..Money is very tight and people ordering take out or eating out period should get what they order FRESH. Please I dont expect that again or this time they will come back..

Terrible service. Waited an hour and 40 mins for a delivery. I called after waiting an hour and a half and spoke with a very rude manager Andrea who hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and order from Marcos that is what I will be doing from now on!

Had pizza delivered to my Apartments took them over 1 1/2 hours to get to us after saying it would take 30 mins once arrived it was as if it was re heated in the oven it was Burnt and chewy not very good service disappointing..

I do like this location, but very RARELY do they ever honor any of the coupons available online. Active codes, but not honored by that location. Not like their losing THAT much money.
