Weve used this Pizza Hut several times since moving to Clearwater. We have done a combination of carry out and delivery. We even tip on pick up because thats just the kind of people we are. The one thing that this location ALWAYS fails on is the request for extra sauce to be on the pizza. We dislike dry food, so this is an important point for us. I can understand that sauce comes at a cost (as with all things), but we dont order any toppings, even though it comes with one at no additional cost. The final straw came tonight when I placed an online order, again requesting extra sauce. I even went to the "comment" section to add an extra note emphasizing this request (as I know that things can be missed in an order). When I arrive and pay for the food, I open the box on the counter and, to my (absence of) surprise, they did the exact opposite of my request. There was no sauce on my pizza. Of course, I shared a very kind word, questioning the competency of the staff, as I walked out the door. All this to say, going forward, I would rather drive into the depths of Largo if I want Pizza Hut again. Either that, or I will take my business to Dominos. At least I know that they can read over there.

Terrible experience with this Pizza Hut. We were visiting clear water for the night and had four very hungry kids waiting on pizza. Confirmation email said pizza would be delivered at 5:50 pm, at 6:16 pm I received a call from the store saying they were out of bacon but while on the phone they actually located some so they proceeded with the order. 2 hours later and still no pizza I get a call from pizza hut customer service saying my pizza was undeliverable because they had tried to call me 9 different times.... umm what?! My phone was literally in hand the whole time and if I had an issue answering calls I wouldnt have answered on the first ring when pizza hut customer service called. The customer service worker tried to connect me to the store to figure out what was going on. The store then hung up on me multiple times. I had to call customer service line back and they stated they " did know what was wrong at this store", apologized and issued me a refund. Thankfully Jets pizza came through! Amazing pizza and super fast! Dont order from here! Save yourself the headache!

I had to give a star in order to write a review. I waited over an hour after the estimated delivery time to get our order. My driver, Chase, was going to walk away until I asked him if I needed to tip him since I placed an online order. He then stated, "he needed my credit card number because the credit card machines are down," When I questioned him further and how none of that makes sense when my bank account clearly shows it was taken out, he became combative and argued with me. I called the on duty manager, Katie, who tried to again get my credit card to "credit my account" not my card. I told her that doesnt make sense she would need my card info to credit my account not my card for future purchases in which she responded, "it does sound fishy." I gave my order back to the driver and will be following up with my bank tomorrow and will NEVER order from the again. Seems to be a trend on the all of a sudden down credit card machines on online orders from this location based off other reviews!

Ordered a cheesybites pizza and it looked pretty unappetizing. About a third of the bites were missing (like ripped off) from the crust and the cheese and sauce were about half an inch away from the crust. The whole thing looked way overcooked. We brought it back to the store to have it remade and they got us a new pizza in about 10 minutes. The new pizza was much better looking but our order of toppings was lost in translation and we ended up with something slightly different than we wanted. They also didnt give us the marinara sauce that is supposed to come with it. Weve ordered from this location plenty of times and things usually turn out much better. I suppose it just depends on who is working. Could have been better this time but it wasnt terrible.

Rarely do I take the effort to review businesses, however the egregious service that this location provides warrants a review. This is absolutely the worst pizza Ive ever had. Basically they barley sprinkled cheese on it, it was completely dry hardly any sauce. I would have taken it back and complained in person but seeing as we were staving we ate the disgusting pizza. Later I called to complain because my wife ordered from them again, although I told her not to and they could care less about what I said happened. They wouldnt even replace the crappy pizza they served rather they offered an $8 credit off a future order. Needless to say I have never ordered from them again and dont suggest you do either.

Do I have a zero star option. These people are so incompetent. Im still waiting for the single large pizza I ordered over an hr ago to a loction that is literally across the main road. Then I call wondering where it is at and some lady named Jordan told me it had been delivered. When I started saying I wanted my money back because it is not here and my son and I are hungry, she switched and said it was on its way with an attitude. Delivered and in its way are 2 seperate things. Horrible service, horrible people! And still waiting an hr and a half later. If it wasnt for the gift card i had, i would have never dealt with them in the first place. Go to Dominos!

I dont complain, but I have to complain for this. We ordered out pizza and we wanted 50 minutes and then we started to notice something was going on because we noticed people who came after us has been already served. And we asked the lady who served us when is our pizza gonna be ready to eat and she said in 5 minutes. Then we waited 10 minutes and we asked the lady again and she said 30 more minutes. We were so angry and there wasnt even a lot of people and lady said there were on the order 214 and we were 219. Never gonna eat there again. At least we didnt pay for the drinks. And Im sorry for our children who wanted a pizza on a Friday night.

I not big into complaining as it rarely has any affect on a positive outcome but when a company is as bad as this Pizza Hut is it bears warning others. As a lover of Pizza Hut overall, this location on Belcher in Clearwater is horrific when it comes to getting orders correct and customer service in general. Over the years we have had several bad experiences with this location, we have even gone as far as to call management to no avail, nothing gets done. Customer service is terrible, theyre incapable of taking a correct order, if you want pizza find someplace else there are several others in the Clearwater area much better.

If I could rate this establishment with less than one star Id be all over it. This is not the Pizza Hut you may be familiar with, good crust, tasty toppings and plenty of flavor. Nope. My pizza was thinner than the card board box it came in with probably a lot less flavor. Hard thin crust although I requssted hand tossed. Very little toppings. I couldnt believe they even skimped on the drizzle. Downright despicable. Save your money or head to Papa Johns where quality counts. NEVER AGAIN!
