I use to visit this Pizza Hut about once a week. One night they completely forgot something I paid for but I just blew it off because again, Ive been here many times and they had never messed up before. A couple nights later I ordered online for pick up and it said my food would be ready in 14 minutes. I went to pick up my food 20 mins later and when I got to the pick up window they took my money and I expected for my food to be right out since I was already 6 minutes late. I sat in the line not even being acknowledged for 10 mins finally I rang the bell and asked them what was going on and they asked me for my name and phone number. At this time I was pissed because I had already paid and they still didnt know who I was so I have them my info AGAIN And they told me it would be another 10 mins so I said to forget it I just wanted my refund and the corporate number. After the shift manager gave me the wrong refund twice he told me he "could not find" the corporate number. So I googled it myself and went inside to ask what their 4 digit store number was. The girl at the front desk gave me a dirty look and said she didnt know and the shift manager have me the store number to the wrong location. 3 days later I got a call from the store manager saying Ill have a 10$ credit on my phone number towards anything I wanted I had told them I will number go back to that location again so I figured he got the hint and put it to where I could buy from a new location. My boyfriend called an hour later though just to make sure and a worker said that I was able to use it at any Pizza Hut location. So when I went to order from a different location the person told us the credit was only for that one. So I went up the this Pizza Hut and the store manager said he never told me that and that I was wrong and I have him on video rolling his eyes at me saying I already got my full refund that night so I dont deserve the 10$. I waited in line for 45 minutes to get my food that should of been ready when I got their and instead of blaming his workers he decided to blame me. This was THE WORST experience I have EVER had and I will not be back to this location.

I had never tried their all you can eat pizza lunch till today. Wish I had gone earlier, what a nice surprise. Not your typical choose from cheese or pepperoni for all you can eat pizza place. Selection was great. From thin, med. to thick crust, Hawaiian, sausage, pep & bacon, veggie, and even a meat BBQ which was surprisingly very good. Even came with a salad (no salad bar) but sufficient for me & fresh. Wait staff was very pleasant and attentive (especially Wendy) and fresh pizzas kept coming out without even having to request more. Great price and good pizza. All u can eat is for lunch and tues. night I believe. Come hungry!

Terrible my crust was burnt and the delivery man did not give me my change he just left ... We all need out money. I usually tip anyways but he should have given me my change not just have taken it and walked away I am very upset and I will never get pizza from here again my pizza was burnt and I ordered flavored crust and there was now Flavor why even have the option if you dont do it I used to order from here a lot more often but its slowly gotten worse and worse DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE especially if you want to pay the correct amount not 5 dollars more.

My husband and I went for dinner the other night(this is our favorite and only location well go to)& the waitress we had was really friendly and came by to check on us often. We ordered our pizza to be cooked a bit longer, but not burnt(other places its one or the other)& it came out perfect as usual(my husband is very picky). We asked to speak to whomever was cooking to let him/her know how happy we were and a young man, Alex came out and he was extremely friendly as well:-)

We were not expecting very much out of Pizza Hut and our expectations were confirmed. The pizza was pretty much what I thought it would be, however the service was horrible...and we picked it up!!! Approximately two to three people in the restaurant at the time, ordered the pizza on-line about 20 minutes before we arrived, and had to wait approx. 30 minutes. We will never go there again. This is the second time this happened.

The pizza is good but the staff have no sense of customer service. I couldnt order over internet at all we attempted several times that is probably say it is 50% off if you can make the order. Then when you call you can not hear them and frankly she didnt care all she kept repeating was it will be an hour wait over and over again. Such a sad time for $50 order

Its Pizza Hut. I had a craving for a pan pizza the other day. I am over Pizza Hut. There was a time and day for it, now I am onto bigger and better things. I cant say that there was anything wrong about it, I am just over the need to use Pizza Hut for my nutritional needs. In fact for the whole fast food industry as a whole.

Rip off place with bad service. We had same experience 3 times. I even called store manager, he is worse then other employees. Plus I live 5 mins from the store location. And they took almost 2 hrs to deliver my order. Now I learned my lesson. We will never order here again.

Ive been going here since I was a kid. But today i was shocked when i realized that the crushed red peppers was FILLED WITH MOLD! I added 2 pictures to show. I dont care how nice the people are. Mold can really harm people! Its completely unacceptable

We were having a get together and decided to order $50 worth of stuff. They didnt deliver everything so we called them back and asked that garlic be included for their mishap. They said yes and then showed up an hour later with no garlic knots.

Ordered 3 items from the $5 menu and we were charged full price for each. We were told we had to ask for the $5 price and they would not refund the difference. Hand tossed pizza crust was horrible too. The crust was thinner than a quarter!

I ordered the stuffed crust buffalo chicken pizza and it was pretty darn good. Only thing that could of been improved was the amount of toppings on the buffalo chicken pizza. Was kind of excessive but for the most part I enjoyed it.

Yeah, well I have a coupon for 2 or more 5-Topping pizzas for $6.99, so I order two with double cheese, double pepperoni and mushrooms. Oh, but wait, cheese comes on the pizza so its another $3 for double cheese. Yeah, right.
