The Pizza Hut on 19 in Palm Harbor has some flaws in the kitchen. My previous visit was marked by the wrong ingredient combination per my order. This wasnt discovered until I was back at home. My visit yesterday was marked by the manager offering me a free drink due to my waiting so long because someones pizza order had been burnt " crispy" (her words) and created a back up of other orders. She then came and told me I was getting a credit of some sort because now my order was a victim of incompetence and done incorrectly. The pizzas we received seemed possibly rushed and honestly not up to standards. Even though I received 3 pizzas for the price of 2 I would much rather get my 2 done correctly.

While the food came 15 minutes before it was set to deliver, you could clearly tell they didnt use those minutes. My pizza was cold and hard and the chocolate brownie was uncooked on one side but not the other when it was delivered. I mean uncooked like it was basically just batter on one side. And when I called to ask for a refund, they would only give me store credit! What a waste of money- definitely NOT going to use that store credit!

This place sucks! They gave us the wrong order. So when we called to tell them this, the women on the phone argued with us for 10 minutes that it was our fault! We read her the order right off of our online receipt and she still insisted that we were wrong! Then refused to refund our money! The pizzas werent even completely done. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. WHAT A JOKE!

Food always delivered on time and a great little story the delivery guy brought my stuff and didnt have change for 100 dollar bill so I gave him the 100 so he could go back to Pizza Hut to get change. With other deliveries he still brought back within 20 minutes every cent with no worries. Thanks guys!

Pizza Hut was the first pizza chain. The first Pizza Hut was in Columbus, Ne, I was born there. I have tasted other good pizza but I love Pizza Hut pizza.

Horrible experience Bug in the cheese Duct taped seats that hurt to sit in and a bathroom worst then a gas station I uploaded photos of it all
