I ordered a pizza on 2/26/17 at 7:40 pm online. It was to be picked up at 10:00 pm. I got there early at 9:50 pm and the one and only entrance doors were locked. Pick up hours were supposed to be til 11 pm. I didnt see anyone inside and I assume the drive thru was closed also. Due to other similar issues I just went back home. I wasted 4 miles in gas. Another take out visit the toppings truck from Orlando never made it so I was asked if anyone contacted me and told me. Of course not so they were substituting toppings. I didnt mind waiting since they assembled the pizza when I arrived for take out. The only problem is with all the topping issues they forgot the hut favorite crust. Another visit my pizza was ready but they overlooked it and I patiently waited for the woman who I paid to find the pizza. I showed her my order on my phone. After 15 minutes she said she couldnt find my order anywhere and I would have to re-order it. I flagged someone else down and I described what happened. He said kinda loud "its been right here in the waiting bin all this time" as if to make a statement to the woman and me. No apologies from him or anyone. The pizza by now was not as fresh as 15 minutes earlier. After several other negative issues like these, I decided not to visit this Pizza Hut anymore.

My girlfriend an I went there on a Friday night and was a little curious considering that it wasnt very busy. Ive been aware that Pizza Hut has gone down in quality over the years, but it had been quite a while so we thought it was worth another shot. Surprisingly the waitress we had was very attentive and personable, and despite the fact that she was the only one on the floor she was upbeat, positive and funny. The food, well. For Pizza Hut the food was good. We had a Super Supreme Stuffed Crust which was good but not great and Some Mozzarella sticks that were pretty damn good and one of their Hersheys cookie deals that was very rich and yummy. I wouldnt go as far to say that Im in any hurry to go back because the Pizza just isnt as good as it used to be, but due to the really good waitress and the fact that it wasnt very busy it made for a pleasant evening. I dont regret going at all.

I visited this location for all you can eat lunch buffet and left hungry. I went during my lunch hour thinking it would be a quick lunch...WRONG! There was only one person in charge of the whole place and one cook in the back. The buffet was empty and it stayed empty for over 20 minutes when I finally decided to leave after being ignored for that long. I was never seated so I sat myself and the waitress never asked me what I wanted to drink. While I was waiting for food next to the empty buffet 5 customers left because they were ignored as well so finally I left hungry, upset and without time to stop and get lunch somewhere else. The place looks run down and it smells funny. I wish I could tell you about the food but then again I never got ANY.....

Placed an order online. Went to pick it up and one of my pizzas got burned so I had to wait 20 minutes with 2 whining kids for my food to be remade. I got home and both pizzas were wrong to where no one would eat them unless I pulled all the toppings off. I called and they said they would make new pizzas if I brought the other ones back. I said I couldnt because of the kids and said they should deliver me new ones for free. They said no that they would have to charge me so instead of going back I picked everything off and took a $20 credit. Called today to use my credit and by no surprise joined could find it in the system. Will never go back. Would rather get a take and bake from Walmart.

I have been here several times and they consistently make mistakes with the order. I find toppings which I never ordered and hardly find the topping which I have. With allergies, this can be very frustrating and fatal in some cases. I have called to speak with the manager many times over and they obviously say theyll rectify the issue but thus never do. I have given them many chances due to the convenient location but I think I have had enough. Ill just have to take my business elsewhere. Ill start going to Queens Pizza instead. Thank you for your time.

We like to visit Pizza Hut and we were always pleased with service of this pizzerias. But this time we have been strongly disappointed. The waiter his name is Anthony, who served us, was very rough and irritable. We were waiting our order for a long time. And when we asked our waiter to bring something else, he became very irritable, nervous and dissatisfied. As a result, next time I doubt that we will choose Pizza Hut again.

I have been here several times and they make mistakes on our pizza 50 percent of the time. I have found toppings that I never ordered (pork) and I just chuck the pizza to the dogs. I have called and spoken to management with no prevail. I am open to suggestions. Will be searching for another pizza joint !

Pizza took over an hour to be delivered even though I ordered it at 2:00pm on a Thursday. Pizza was luke warm when it arrived, almost no sauce on the pizza, cheese was hard. Absolutely disgusting pizza. A $5 hot and ready from little ceasars tastes better and its 1/3rd of the price.

Pizza buffet is fairly good except only one server and buffet end at 13:30 Monday to Friday. 5.99 each and 4.99 when buying a drink. Good Price . Also freq reward for free drink every 5 meals, and free meal every 10 meals with double credit on Monday.

Love the create your own pizza option with many different crust types, many sauce choices then topped with great selection of ingredients. Be daring and add yet another level of taste with a drizzle of flavor like balsamic reduction or sriracha

Very rude people. If Im making a phone order, they should not shout at me "I CANT HEAR ANYTHING YOURE SAYING", especially if this is the first the person said of not being able to hear me. Yelled my total at me and hung up. RUDE.

Augie the store manager is very rude and told me if I didnt like it not to get it. When I asked when my order will be here he said "when its cooked and a driver gets to it" horrible service. MCDONALDS TREATS CUSTOMERS BETTER

Nothing remarkable, but nice that it offers a lunch buffet. If youve been to a Pizza Hut before, you know what to expect. Lunch buffet is weekdays from 11:30-1:30, otherwise youll be in-and-out

Very disrespectful, hung up on me.. said they couldnt deliver my order when I was ordering over 25$ worth of food, horrible customer service.. and they do not answer the phone. . EVER!!..

Pizza was still doughy and under cooked. And delivery was 10 minutes late. We are frequent travelers to the area, and we will never order from this pizza hut....very disappointed

Foods good, service is great. The retuarant is a dump. Same torn up , broken seats for three years! Signage broken out front. Doesnt corporate ever look at this stuff?
