Called and placed an order for delivery... After almost 2hrs waiting and when i say 2 hrs im talking about over 1hr and 45 minutes waiting for the food i called and spoke with the manager Tim who JUST said: "ok the driver is leaving right now". What kind of response is that!!!! I was blown away by this comment but still talking to the guy patiently. I told him that they shouldnt be telling their customers that it would be 40 minutes when they are taking triple the time!!! Then he said: "oh what do you want me to do if after your order i got 6 or 7 more orders" ohhh hell no! Wtf is this dudes problem! My order has nothing to do with the people who called after me. You should have sent my order first bc i ordered first and not have it delayed bc other people also called! Thats what i call POOR MANAGEMENT or a manager who has no idea of what the hell he is doing and what Customer Service is. Let me also say that he did NOT APOLOGIZE AT ALL until after I said wow you dont even apologize or nothing. It is unnecessary for me say that i asked for a full refund and cancelled the order. Smh!!!!

Strange place. My brother and I just wanted to grab a quick slice of pizza and hit the road. Walked in and ordered a slice each at the register. When I took out my wallet the simply told me to sit and wait. So we did. Then a waiter came out and took our order again. We gave it to him, but then it got more complicated. He wanted us to get a drink combo. My brother did, but I had a water and did not want one. This rattled the waiter and he left. About 10 minutes later we got our warmed up pizza, but we only got 1 slice because he confused himself with the drink combo thing. I guess he assumed that since I did not want a beverage, I didnt want a pizza. After all that the pizza was just an average slice that was re-heated (which is what I was expecting, I just wanted to get in and out.)

It is unfortunate that we had an intoxicated individual in our restaurant last week. This person was loud, crude and obscene. Yes there was a small mistake with the topping on his pizza, an honest mistake. But rather than accept our apology and a free pizza, he caused quite a scene. His loud drunken rambling lead to the police being called to remove him from our establishment. As he was being taken out he yelled out, “wait til you see what I write on Google about this place” and, here you have it. Again, an unfortunate incident of alcohol +angry. But I am sure any reader will see past these continued angry negative reviews, until our attorney proceeds with legal action for defamation.

We were on St. Petes Beach for 5 nights earlier this month and this was the ONLY restaurant we ate at that (1) got our order right, (2) had friendly, timely service and (3) had great Italian food (even one of the 3 would have been welcome)! I would recommend this place (hidden in a strip mall) to anyone visiting St. Petes Beach. I cant say I would visit this area again (the overall cleanliness and service of other establishments on St. Petes Beach left a lot to be desired), but if found myself in the area again, I would definitely make another stop at Buona Pizza.

I got white pizza, awesome,tastes just like pizza in Itlay, to die for,thin crust with olive oil, add spinach, tomatoes, cheese, make this sumptulous delight. Low in calories!! The chicken piccata and veal marsala dinners are a real taste of Itlay! Best food, best delivery. Gary is great on helping to order delivery as well as Dan, best delivery driver ever!! Please do not forget to order their cheesecake dessert, better than cheesecake factory, like N. York but available at St. Pete Beach paradise...Delivery in 40 minutes, call early, is the way to go here!

This pizza was terrible. We ordered an extra large pizza and had it delivered, the bottom of the pizza was burned in some spots and where it wasnt burned it was very tough. The crust was also tough. There was a gap about 1 inch thick of all sauce between the cheese and crust, and the pizza was so greasy that the cheese was more orange than white. It was also cut poorly, so when you picked up a piece all the toppings and cheese fell off. I dont know how the restaurant is, but STAY AWAY FROM THE PIZZA.

One of or should I say two of the most tasty pizzas I have ever had! Tracey our waitress was fantastic, we never had an empy glass or cup. You simply will not get a better pizza in this area, and if your lucky enough to meet Tracey you wont get better service Just had to go back for another meal and had spaghetti carbonara, my son had meat balls and the rest of our party had veal parmiagiano all was fantastic. If you go ask for a table at the back overlooking the bay.

My wife and I have been going to Buona Pizza for years. Although the Pizza is extremely good we have found that the other offerings on the menu to be outstanding. Some of our favorite is a Calamari salad and weve to be the best around. Everything from Lasagna to Angel Hair with mixed seafood to the meatballs is as good or better than other top rated restaurants around the Tampa Bay area.

Talk about upsetting. Should have known not to order from this place after some friends had told me of their experience here the night before. They said the service was terrible and the wait was ridiculous. And I would say they are correct. The problem is not with the food but rather the service. Come here if you want to be treated rudely and made to feel your business is unwelcome.

Stopped here today to give it a try. Was recommended to us at a local resort. We were greeted at the door and welcomed in. We were provided with menus because we were taking ours to go. We went simple and got a X -large Pizza and some cheese sticks. We were not disappointed! Our kids loved it too! Nice little Pizza and Italian food place! Dont pass it up!

As a Jersey grown Italian, I am hard to please when it comes to Italian food. However, Im never - ever disappointed at Buona Pizza! This place has phenomenal pizza and the best "gravy" from scratch! This isnt just some beach pizza shack - this is real, good Italian food! Weve had the server "Shavon" 3 times and she is the sweetest. Go there . The end.

Told me 20 minutes on a take out order. got there and said 10 minutes more. after 20 minutes said 5 minutes more. Made the pizza wrong and told me that is what I said when I ordered. Must have been my mistake that I had not ordered it that way. Rude service. still was telling people 20 minutes when ordering. Just go to another pizza place on the beach.

If you want to taste great food...this is the right place. Penne a La Vodka is very tasty and the Strombolis was perfect. We had a cesar salad that was fresh and delicious! Chiken wings had a lot of flavor too! The place looks very simple, but the food highly overcomes it Strongly recomend and will come back for sure!!
