I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I have been going to this place for years and their service WERE (as in past tense) great. However, with the new staff that they hired I would never be back. They first messed up my order and DIDNT even aplogize. Afterwards they made me wait over 15 minutes to get the correct order. After that they STILL havent apologize. I had to drive all the way back to the store to get my order fix and i couldnt even get a sorry! They didnt even try to compensate for their mistake! The only reason why i drove all the way back there was because they charged me an extra 1.45 for pineapple toppings (which was barely any). It was as if they just took my old pizza and threw pineapples on top. The pizza was cold by the time they apparently made a "new one." Another thing was their waiting area had a spill therefore there was no seathing. I didnt mind standing BUT they could have cleaned up the spill especially when I have mentioned it to them. What kind of staff lets a group of their customer stand for that long. I will DEFINITELY not be back. You guys have lost our business for sure. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.

The service there was absolutely horrible. We waited for more than 25 min before complaining about not being seated. We had 3 adults and 2 small children on May 31st. We arrived at 12:20pm. Other people walked in and they were single people, yet they were seated at tables. There had to be more than 5 empty tables and 2 booths, we even offered to clean the tables. They said we needed a bigger area. We said the kids are 4 & 6, no one is overweight here. We dont mind. So we walked out after they seated 2 more people. If you cant handle the business during open buffet, why offer it. Eitherway we went to Applebees, we were seated immediately and enjoyed are meal there. Yep it was more money, and well worth it.

Order was wrong drove all the way home drove all the way back to fix our order. cooked it here. and made us wait. explain to us that it was doughy because there were too many toppings? a simple fix by cooking the dough part way then adding the toppings, simple if youve ever cooked a pizza before. apparently they can make a meat lovers without being doughy and they forgot to give us our wings! so we waited 20 minutes for something we already paid for 30 minutes ago they didnt give us anything for our time discount or otherwise this place sucks. A very crappy Pizza Hut.....

Ive only had one bad experience in 3 years ordering delivery from this store and it was quickly resolved. My overall experience is great, I do order online and have not dealt with ordering directly from the store. I basically have only ordered Pizza and have not been disappointed but that one time, it was cold and dried out they quickly replaced it without any problem. once in a great while they are very busy and delivery can take a bit but, if Im too lazy to pick it up then that is my problem the food is usually hot when it does get here.

Placed an order of wings and bread sticks and had it delivered. Noticed that the wings had the wrong sauce on them so I called the pizza hut ti let them know, I called at 8:50 PM and was told that wings would be remade and delivered back out to me. 3 hours the later the store is closed and no food was received. If you can try and do take out from one of the other pizza huts and save yourself the trouble.

i rate this place a "0" person on phone, had to ask me 3 times my street name. so i spelled it word per letter & still didnt understand. then hung up on me, called back & manager "anthony"??? protected her & used the "F" word numerous times & also hung up on me!!!! What a joke this country has come to that the people making an hourly wage think they are so relevant to treat the public in this manner.

A disgrace to pizza hut restaurants, i ordered pizzas and they were horribly made so they gave me credit...a week later used my credit and the pizzas were old and made even worse than the last time...manager on duty said they arent the regular manager for that store...basically saying call back in couple days and complian...didnt offer send new pizzas or anything

Good pizzas, good service every time Ive been there, just wish they were cheaper. Its hard to spend the extra money on Pizza Hut when the local Little Ceasars is so cheap and of decent quality. Then again, if I didnt have to buy for 8+ people every time, it might be a different story.

Went there for the lunch buffet. The staff is friendly and very efficient. This place is always clean. The staff is quick to clean tables as people leave. There is always a good selection of pizzas, pasta and sides to choose from. I recommend this place for lunch.

Super freindly staff, pizza is normally spot on, buffet is decent price (short lived (it is Pizza Hut not Cicis so thats understandable) I also feel they need a longer buffet table (but, they couldnt possibly fit one) all in all I do go here often enough.

We ordered delivery. We sat a while then wondered what time they were supposed to be here. So I looked at the app and it said it should arrive at 7:21. Then we saw the delivery driver coming and looked at the clock. It was 7:21.lol Whats the secret? Lol

Walked in, everyone saw me and my two lil boys , waited to be seated for 15min while customers maybe three tables only . the place is comfortable but i find the booths claustrophobic , besides that food was pretty good and brought out on time!

Was the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been too. We just left because we were sitting there for an hour waiting on our order and so we asked the lady to check on it and she told us she forgot to even put in the order. Like really ? You had one job.

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. My whole family has terrible stomach pains today and the pizza & bread sticks tasted pretty horrible like frost bite or maybe just old. The wings were decent and the delivery guy was really nice.
