Small town feel, 5 star service, big store bargains. I usually favorite any Publix supermarket store over the competitors but this Publix store in particular is especially special to me for many reasons. The interior square footage seems to be a bit smaller than average which I believe sets the stage for all of the benefits that follow. The most people I have seen occupying the same isle at the same time is 5 even during the busy hours. The employee turnover must be very low because I have been seeing the same friendly faces for over 2 years. And Logic! The managers are overly helpful. As soon as you think "eish... should have got a hand basket (or cart)", there is a manager or other employee begging to grant your wish. Buy one Get one deals are incredible and save serious cash.

I generally like this Publix. Mostly because of its convenience. The deli and the bakery employees have horrible customer service! They routinely have bad attitudes, disinterested, slow and just give an overall bad customer experience. I literally just had a deli employee all but curse me out for stopping in for some hot food because she felt it was a bit too late to be doing so??? its Friday night and the NBA conference finals are on so why wouldnt I stop in for some wings and fries??? Its weird because all the other departments are fine but the bakery and deli workers are terrible...Im sure a few bad apples spoils the bunch, but "them be the breaks" They really need some new TRAINED blood in deli & bakery....FAST!

This store is what I call a "Publix-lite". Its smaller than the standard Publix stores. Its okay if you need a couple of items quickly but I find the selection somewhat limited. I prefer the "mega Publix" over on University and Peters far better even though I live closer to this one. I agree with other postings here, customer service is hit and miss. Publix produce prices are always steep. Publix corporate should train these kids at the check out about the different types of fruits and vegetables. I constantly have to explain to millennials what real food is.

Horrible Deli customer service. I placed an order 24 hours ago with an e-mail confirmation. I show up 30 mins after the order was supposed to ready...and you guessed it. It wasnt ready!! The manager told me the ticket didnt print out on their end. Im confused on what that has to do with me. I had to wait 30 mins for them to cool them. Of course there was no apology offered. Smh

Great to grocery shop, but deli and bakery are very slow. They just dont seem to care about quality service. Ive complained, but nothing seems to change. The deli manager completely ignored me while I sat and waited to order a sub, so he can finish making premade salads to be put in the refrigerator. Makes no sense! Sad, because Publix is such a great company.

Love shopping here. Always find what I need. This is where I head to shop when faced with a quick in-and-out situation. The regular lines are not so long most of the times. They pretty much can be your 10-items-or-less like lines. They are always adequately staffed and the staff is very helpful for the times I cant find what I need.

That blond young woman whos in the customr srvc. assitant manager is very snotty and rude disrespectful to all customrers and yells at the baggers and cashiers in front of others. She doesnt belong in customer svcs., she was rude to my wife we dont go there because of her and the other jerk.
