Customer service here is horrible. I walked in and no one said hi, which is fine I went about my business. However when I need a scilicone mold I waited at the back table ( because the mold was behind this glass table, wasnt sure if I was just supposed to grab it?), I also had questions. After about 10 minutes of waiting I asked a girl who appeared to work their (because she came out of the back door three times as I was standing there) if she could help me or send someone to help me. She literally ignored me starting talking to another lady who also worked there, just to talk about work gossip ( they were speaking Spanish, and I know Spanish

They are ok, Customer service needs to be up to par for their expensive store. Most of the time they are out of things i need and dont get it until 2 weeks or more. That sucks because they are really close to my job and its a convenience to me. But I now found a cake store "Mias cake house"which is great and on my way home off of University and sunrise. So it is what it is. I hope the owners read these and improve the customer service there. Just because you get business does not mean you have to be rude or non chalant about anything.

Great Store. Ruthy and her team are Awesome. I love the best and hate to settle for the rest and that is why I choose them. They have made all my kids cakes and I have gotten supplies from them. They have THE BEST products and well priced if I may add. They belong on Food Network!!! Thanks Guys for Making special days the BEST!!!!!!!

They shipped order it was 4 days late getting here 1/3rd of order was cancelled never told till shipment arrived. They were told it was flying out Friday. Got info Thursday when shipment arrived no way to replace missing tips. And shipped wrong tips. Person talked to had no cares. It was my tough luck. Never use them again.

Walked in and girl looked at me and turned around to continue writing in her journal. Walked the entire store and no one ever asked me if I needed help or acknowledged me. Mind you its a tiny store. Will never return. Rather order from eBay or Amazon before giving them my business. Hey if you dont care... Why should I?

Poor customer service from management. If you EVER buy something from this store TRIPLE check and make certain its the correct product. Cause once the item is paid youre on your own. Also Burlington, Ross, TJMaxx sells baking supplies cheaper.

Great atmosphere, super helpful in finding what I needed. When I walked in they were attentivated on greeting me and just made my whole shopping experience wonderful. Also the prices are WAY lower than micheals or any online store.

I found if you dont speak Spanish, the customer service may lack. Had a negative experience with their young cashier. Asked her to have the owner call me. No one called, but they were all smiles when I paid $200 for classes.
