I reported to the cashier, a strange man following me around the store (he had followed me 3 blocks before I got there...) The employees took immediate action in making sure I felt safe and took my warning seriously. I felt very cared for. A young woman by the name of Tiarra (I hope thats how its spelled,) went out of her way to carry a couple of my bags and walk me out to the point I felt safe. She even volunteered to walk me 4 blocks to where I was staying! I didnt need that... but what an amazing girl to offer. I wont forget her kindness AND encouragement/discussion that we can indeed believe in good people in the World despite the bad that seem to get more attention. Every employee there handled it so well... I instantly fell in love with the location as a place that operates like a family and serves their customers with care. Im only in town 2 more weeks... but thats the only place Ill shop now whenever Im staying here in town and will tell ALL of my fellow employees (all cruise ship entertainers who stay nearby) to support that store. Thank you. (Oh... and the produce is great! Great selections there overall!!! ) :-)

The Deli Department SUCKS!!! Need customer friendly personnel or new management. Yesterday morning prior to going to work, in the same plaza, waited about seven minutes before I left frustrated and MAD!!! Four people behind the counter, only one actually tending to customers. Today, same CRAP!!! When I worked at Publix East Sheridan, we COULD NOT look at a waiting customer, and continue doing prep-work instead of serving that customer. And that was our Publix culture at that store. And what prompted this post? Trying to eat my Boars Head Ultimate on the multi-grain sub-roll. I might as well be chewing on my desk, and it might be softer than this bread.

Went over today to get a small milk there was a guy name Ron working as a cashier he was being really nice to every single white person in front joking around with them and all nice and cool it was my turn to pay and the guys didnt even look at me he didnt even say a work he just scanned the product and thats it, its mess up my skin color can choose the type of service "I deserve " it made me Feel bad but 100% sure not coming back here hope the store manager Connie Palacios can take care of this type of situations

The deli consists of the worst workers imaginable. The past 4 times I have attempted to get popcorn chicken, it has taken them an hour to get it done, with countless excuses and arguments between the employees. Not to mention how long you will stand at the counter before someone acknowledges you exist. They are the world record holder for slowest sandwich makers, and there is not a single chance that someone will be polite to you.

Small, but Clean. Eric in the bakery is always fast, professional and courteous! Although, the women in the deli definitely should work on their customer service; they seem to be almost bitter... It was a weekday morning I approached the deli, the two women working continued there conversation as if I wasnt even there. Then the Spanish lady unenthusiasticly finally asked me what I wanted...

This is a very clean and neat store. The selection of items may not be as wide as it is at some bigger Publix stores, and the prices are rather high; but what this store lacks in selection, it more than makes up for in great customer service. One of their cashiers named Sedienta is a very nice young lady, as is the rest of the staff and management.

I usually always go in for a sub around 9:30PM so theres still an hour and a half left till closing and Ive noticed that when the managers arent in that they close up and cover the sub area and always tell me the kitchen is closed. kinda disappointing that I have to drive across town just to get some fresh food unless thats their new procedure

This is one of the smallest Publix stores you will find in South Florida, although it does have its own bakery department. Aside from the fact that you wont find every item that is carried in the largest Publix "super-stores" because of its size limits, its a nice, clean, typical Publix; which means it gets 4-stars & my recommendation any day.

This Publix is HORRIBLE!!! It is so small and one can barely get through the isles without bumping into other carts. Last week I spent 30 minutes waiting for service at the deli counter. There were only two people working behind the counter. Also, expect long lines at all the registers. I will never shop at this Publix ever again!

Excellent Service and Wonderful Pharmacy Justin is Amazing ! The store is small but surprisingly has a well stocked selection . I enjoyed the freshness and variety of fruits and vegetables. The healthy choices of nuts and proteins were bonus. Managers and Staff all spoke in a nice welcoming way ! I will be back for sure.

Horrible deli department. Dont go here unless you have over an hour to wait for cold cuts. Plenty of staff behind the counters, but only one helping customers, while deli manager stood there and chatted with employees. I left that Im going to a different Publix to get what I need. Dont shop at this Publix.

This is a relatively smaller Publix Super Market but they still have almost everything I expect to get at Publix. They have a nice bakery section and deli section. Youll always see the university students doing their grocery there. I like it.

Shopping is not a pleasure here. Consistently bad customer service. Management doesnt seem to care or go the extra mile to help customers. This small store dosent carry many of the items you would typically find at a larger publix.
