Royal Treatz is located in what looks like an abandoned parking lot — not a very “royal” first impression. However, once you meander up the courage to walk in, you’ll learn that it’s not all that bad. Though it is small, it’s clear that this bakery’s mission to bombard you with a variety of different treats. Whether it be the mural of cupcakes plastered on the wall, the topping bar for ice cream, or the 8 ft. glass case filled with every cupcake imaginable, this place makes it difficult not to indulge in some type of treat. Although Royal Treatz had a wide variety of cupcakes to choose from, I decided to opt for its signature cupcake — The Red Velvet. Unfortunately, it looked better than it tasted. I had high hopes for this bakery, but I was let down after rooting for this underdrog bakery. The cake was dry and tasted more like a chocolate cupcake rather than red velvet. Even the frosting was dry, which I founnd completely odd. How do you make dry frosting? After three hesitant bites, I ended up throwing the cupcake out the window for the birds to eat. It’s not often I throw away cake, let alone a red velvet cupcake, but it was just insulting my pallet. Sorry, Royal Treatz, maybe my taste buds were just too regal for your cupcake. The Cake Enthusiast rates this bakery a 2.5 out of 5.

awful experience. upon receiving the cake the design was 3 out of 5 because the fondon was apparently cracked. we thought ok, a cake is a cake. after singing happy birthday we cut into the cake. as the knife cut into the cake, it slowly dragged the fondon into the cake. although the cake was supposed to be a two layer cake, we found a thin brown drizzle of cake stuck between massive piles of white icing. what we ended up with was a mountain of sugar, shortening, and grease. we stopped right away and proceeded to contact the bakery the next day. without ever listening to our complaint the owner accused us of eating all the cake. so we sent a picture of the cake where we had at most cut less than ten percent of the cake. after she (the owner) saw the photo she responded that we must have had a small party and everyone had eaten the cake. this was infuriating.

I noticed this small bakery shop and decided, on a whim, to go inside. Im very glad I did! As soon as you open the door, heavenly dessert aromas fill your head, and its terribly difficult to leave this place without buying something. The employee who helped me was amicable and suggested the red velvet. I bought a mini, and it was the best mini red velvet cupcake Ive ever had. Ill recommend this place to everyone I know who loves cupcakes. I was given two pamphlets, and one mentions custom cakes for any event, "from Weddings to Divorce cakes and everything else in between." I will definitely come back when I can!

I wouldnt even give this place one star if I could!! I got my son a RIO themed cakes and it was the ugliest broke down looking cake!!! I spent 300 dollars on a cake my 5 year old could have made better and the worst is that the owner or manager whatever she was talks a lot of crap about past customers to new customers not very professional. The cake tasted dry and with no flavor nobody at my sons party took a second bite. I strongly regret ever wasting money on this place. I wish I could post a pic so everyone could see the ugly cake. Please dont waste your money on this place.

I had a short visit, I went there to get a cupcake n go. I went there because of a recommendation of a coworker. The place was clean how I like any place. The gentleman was quick and efficient. I ate them, in the car, on the way home. It hacienda to be a good thing ,I did because if I was still there I would have bought more. I ordered the Vanilla Rum and the Guava Cheese cupcake. They were moist and the frosting was light. It was paired right. I will definitely come back to get some more. I recommend driving some milk to make it perfect.

The red velvet was amazing and the vanilla was pretty good. The almond pistachio was decent. However, the chocolate cookies and cream cupcake was incredibly dry, and overly dense. The flavoring was overpoweringly sweet and the frosting tasted like a bad piece of candy corn. However, they do deliver which is very helpful. Overall, if youre looking to curve a sweet craving this would be a decent opition. But if youre looking for cupcakes for a party or event, this is not the way to go.

After almost a year of not visiting I was disappointed by the cupcakes. Maybe I came on a bad day, but my cupcakes were actually dry and the icing was flaky and not how I remember. I got snickers and lemon blossom which sadly wasnt anything special. Also did they get new management? Because they rearranged everything AGAIN and its just really messy compact looking. It definitely didnt have any of its charm..

Beyond delicious cupcakes and treats!! Definitely try their Guava Cupcake which is outstanding & one of my favorites! Great flavors that work well together. They do the traditional flavors but also some unique ones you cant get anywhere else! The owners and staff is amazing, they are all very friendly and welcoming especially the owner Maria. Very beautiful and relaxing atmosphere inside the bakery.

Cakes are horrible, they taste like they are out of the box, had a strawberry banana cupcake, and they have the same little red flakes in them like the Duncan Hines strawberry cake mix has in them, cake was dry, and dense, so they probably used a banana flavoring instead of real bananas! Even worse, I bought a dozen of different flavors, wasting 20 something dollars, and they all went in the trash!

I came here for the first time, early afternoon, and I was able to grab a six flavors...They were fresh and delicious! Beware...They can be deliciously addictive!!!! I been here three times now, and their cupcakes are baked fresh twic a day because of the rush hour! The cupcakes melt in my mouth...Beware of the haters view (Shafae Pendergrast)

We had a cake Minnie Cake made for our daughters 2nd birthday last year....It was just phenomenal!!!! The cake was flavorful, moist, and incredibly well decorated! WE came in for a visit, and loved the place. Service was great! The decor makes you feel like you are stepping back in time to the 50s is a very good way! 200% recommended!

I found this cute and adorably decorated shop accidentally and it was a very pleasant surprise! I got the tiramisu and two cupcakes - red velvet and carrot cake. The owner was very pleasant and offered me a free guava cupcake. I usually dont like guava, but this one and all of the other treats I got were delicious. Will come back for sure!

After looking around all of Pembroke Pines area, I came across Royal Treatz. The guy who assisted me was very friendly. The cake I wanted they never did, but all I did was send him a picture. The day I went to get the cake I was blown away at how beautiful it was. It was so moist and delicious. I love it and would recommend Royal treatz.
