I came to this location to get ox tail and festival, I wanted a small oxtail and small festival my mom gets it all the time. This day wasnt the same as I was told over and over that they do not do that, it took 10 minutes to explain why they do not do that and another employee had to come into the situation to elaborate. The female manager on duty sat back and watched the whole thing I was so disgusted at the lack of care and customer service that I took my business elsewhere. After explaining my disgust to the staff I exited, once I got in my vehicle the manager that was in the store was now at my vehicle. She did not come to my vehicle to apologize only came to my vehicle to dictate more. It ended with me rolling my windows up and driving away I will never return. Patties there are average always a small amount of food available.

I usually eat oxtails here but decided to try the curry chicken BIG MISTAKE all the chicken was pink spoke to the manger he tells me that o well its cooked so its not raw. first of all no chicken should be pink all the way through. then says he will have someone remake then the second plate of fresh curried chicken just brought out was worst than my first plate and chicken was not tender. I decided to throw out the chicken keep the rice and cabbage and go to kfc. ill stick to the ox tails

Nasty food. No real Jamaican eats there unless they are in an extreme crunch and in that case the are limited to the best tasting item they have there... Fish... The currys are salty and the brown stew are full of sugar...stay away!

Food not that great. Coco bread needs help. If youre just going to get it out of a bag it needs to be free. Ugh disgust!!! The patty is o-kay. Other locations are much better. Oh the lunch special pricing is good

Ive been here several times and I love it. Huge portion sizes and the food is always delicious and not expensive at all. Tastes like the real authentic Jamaican food I get when Im home. Highly recommended.

Today i had the large snapper the small never available when i come here. Its now 120pm very long line but the staff move very quickly to only 5 mins to be served. Food tastes very delicious.

Friendly staff, very busy but for good reason. Great food and a great price. The manager Tyrell was able to fill a last minute order for 16 for me and my crew and I are super grateful!
