I used to love going to this Krystal. However, when one of the assistant managers was cooking, you could tell due to the substandard quality. I spoke with the manager about this issue, but she essentially called me a liar and told me to eat somewhere else. I spoke with the owner and informed him that I simply wanted an apology from the manager. He told me I was correct with my concerns, but he never apologized to me, and I was never apologized to by the manager. Theres a lot more to this, but no one wants to hear my whining. Nevertheless, I will not go back unless Im sure that woman isnt working. Id rather not contract some sort of disease from improperly cooking the food.
