How. Sad. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It was so bad I dont know where to begin. If you read the reviews youll see consistently bad service. But we were willing to risk it, if the food was good. Well, Ill start from the beginning. No one knew what was going on when we walked in. Literally we were 3 people wanting hibachi, and it took 3 different people to get someone who could seat us. So we sit down, and red flag number two should have been that the table next to us had clearly been there for a while (they ordered their second round of margaritas) and still didnt have a chef. We ordered before they did (odd, but we just figured they wanted to drink more before they ate..) We finally got a waitress and ordered drinks (which took forever) and then ordered our food. We chose salads instead of soup (you get one or the other here). My salad might have well have been a cold soup. It was swimming in dressing, like dripping all over the place there was so much of it. The bottom 3rd of my salad bowl was still full of dressing when I finished. Then we get a chef. This guy...cooked our food. No show, no tricks, we didnt even get a flaming onion stack choo-choo train. I was the only one to order noodles instead of fried rice. He tossed a plate of plain noodles on the table in front of me. He then made everyone elses fried rice. It was literally fried egg, rice, and a couple of drops of soy sauce. Uhh? So then he starts on the meat and veggies. Normally, this is when they try to get shrimp in your mouth. This guy tossed raw zucchini chunks at us. *Side note, that hurts when it lands on your eye. The meat is served with no seasoning and it hasnt been marinated either. Finally he cooks the veggies (meanwhile im still looking at this plate of raw flavorless noodles in front of me). He says he forgot about my noodles and literally warms them on the grill and gives them back. This was the saddest excuse for hibachi I have ever seen. Our chef was lackluster, but the one that finally served the people next to us was not. Should you decided to torture yourself and go here, at least ask for him- Dave- to be your chef. And to go back to the terrible service, our wine glasses sat empty from the time our chef came. We never got refills, not even on the water. And when it was time to pay, we walked to the front because our waitress never came back. We could have easily walked out without paying, thats how little attention the staff shows the customers.. I can cook better knockoff Japanese food at home than this place can. What a sad excuse for a restaurant, much less hibachi.

Staff was pleasant. The food was meh. I decided on the monster roll minus the cream cheese inside. It was acceptable. Like if I found a hole in the wall and paid less I would have been fine with this. When I think of monster roll or dynamite roll Im thinking there should be a lot going on. Some crunch, like tempura flakes or more interesting crab topping. I should have asked for eel sauce. Same with the pad thai. It was a big portion and the three pieces of shrimp were large but definitely not fresh. Bad fishy taste on the shrimp. There was a ton of chicken pieces too but they were super dry. After I picked out all the meat I realized they used a ton of egg. No big deal. I wish the noodles had more flavor like maybe more scallions garlic chilli flakes. Pad Thai is a dry dish this means you are adding a sauce to the wok that will eventually be reduced which means it should concentrate the flavor, right? I added a tad of warmed peanut butter, sprinkled some cashew bits on top, and a sprinkle of sriracha and it was way better. Ill just figure out how to make my own. For over $25 on a take out order for a roll and pad thai Ill make it myself. Sorry.

Awful service! Awful food! One time I went there and the waiter could not understand that I was trying to tell him I wanted to sit on one of their japanese tables. When he finally got it, he rolled his eyes, took me to the table and said "Tami! Theyre called Tami ok?! RUDE ATTITUDE! Another time I went there and apparently the waitress was in a rush. She came and asked what we wanted to drink, we told her and she left in about 1 second. We were ready to order but she left so fast we didnt have time to order. She passed by us about 3 times without asking if we were ok. When she finally came to our table again my friend wanted to order some platter but she didnt know she was supposed to pick 3 sides, so shes now picking her sides and the waitress said "oh, Im going to leave because I think shes not ready yet" I undestand if she was way too busy (half the restaurant was empty that day), but you have to be a little patient I think. She was at our table for about half a minute and she was already rushing us again. On top of that, my friend got an egg roll that smelled wrotten. Im never going back there! Id rather go to McDonalds.

I didnt always dislike this place in fact the food is still the same but like many places that starts out with the best cooks are on display showing off why you come to a place like this. Now the best are gone and anyone can come off the street and do hibachi. No show and no more creatively. No sense of humor and the same show over and over and over and over. Case in point I ask a young black female who was our cook what school did she study at and how long did she study cooking and she blew me away when she told me she was looking for a job three days ago and here she is. So I followed up with asking her but have you ever went to a culinary school or college and she said no. Now I know why sometimes the food is now under cooked or over cooked. Sometimes its salty and other times its good, not perfect like in the pass.

South Floridas best Sushi experience -- no joke! Ive been to MANY Sushi places in South Florida: Doraku, Zuma, Akashi, King and I, Sushi Siam, Ra Sushi, Benihana and by far, this place is the top contender! Their "Off Da Chain" roll is to die for. Ive never chosen a roll off the menu that I didnt like, but if youre going for your first time do choose that one! Close runner ups are their "XXX Hoo", "S&O", "Spicy Samurai", and "Mango tango" rolls. I used to get their Hibachi (which is excellent), but I find myself craving the sushi so much that I just cant fit it all. The hibachi, in my opinion, knocks the pants off of Samurai or Benihana though. All in all, great place to go, so please do give them a chance. Theyre fairly priced and the experience will blow you away!

The Hibachis culinary was salty n typical. It took forever for the waitress to reorder more drinks. The waitress forgot about our sushi... At the end, when the tab arrived they tried to charge us for tea which taste like hot water and were not even authentic GREEN TEA! When asked to speak with manager he lacked in retaining us as future customers bc instead he yelled and insisted on the charge for the weak tea! Unprofessional manager who needs to learn some PR and people skills! He does not pay my bills, he should not have been rude to customers ----- And I(WE) will take my business elsewhere....There are always other JAPANESE restaurant for me to dine in
