As a former employee and guest, save your self the trouble. The food is constantly inconsistent due to the fact that they do NOT have chefs but line cooks making all the food. With the vast majority of the employees uneducated immigrants, the quality of the prep in the kitchen is complety trash. Not many people care about their jobs. The cocktail menu even though it says Bacardi with the "Hiros" mojito, you get well quality, the only way you get premium is if you sit at the bar and the bartenders dont have a choice. Management will do very little to accommodate you. Ive actually lost a few tables because someone brought a kids cup of juice, manager told them to throw it away. No custom dishes, you can only add or take away very little. Tips are shared which encourages servers not to jump to help tables out of their section. Horrible service due to the restuarant not being fully stocked. Save your self the trouble and eat at Sushi Siam or any other sushi place. Trust me.

I used to go to this restaurant weekly until this one incident. I sat to eat dinner with 2 friends and the service was horrible. The server not only forgot our order (didnt write it down) but he was not attentive to the table at all. Overall it was just horrible service. Since the service was not to my likings i only left a $2 tip on an $11 bill. (NOT TERRIBLE) As we walk out of the restaurant the MANAGER (female) ran after us and said "you did not tip" i explained to her, "tip is not mandatory, my tips are always based on the service i receive and unfortunately the service i received was not good at all so i left the tip i felt was deserved" she said "that is not how it works, you MUST leave a good tip" i told her that my family has been in the restaurant business for 20 years and she needs to go learn somethings about customer service. i left and never returned.

The sushi was good and the service was average however its possible that someone on staff is doing credit card fraud. I took my niece for lunch there and originally we were going to do take out. I sent her in with my card only and a few minutes later she came and told me I had to come in with I.D however they did not give her back my card. I went inside and decided to have lunch there. This morning I woke to a $99 gas purchase. Never in my whole life have I spent $99 dollars on anythjng gas related and the only time my card was out of my possession was in that restaurant. Now I have to deal with inconvenience. If I do go back there Ill be spending cash...smh

I like the atmosphere and the little lounge off to the side, and I plan to try it again, however I was not impressed with the few things we ordered that time. My date got some kind of fancy roll (maybe dragon roll) and it had a mess of various goopy things smothered all over it - it looked quite unappetizing. After sitting on the plate for a few minutes it looked even worse. If it had been mine I would have sent it back, but I dont think my date had a clue as to what good sushi is supposed to be like anyway! Whatever I ordered was unmemorable. Its probably OK if you arent looking for anything great.

Horrible Service for pick up . Called 20 min in advance then took another 40 mins to have my Lunch special ready. Then its a 10.00 min to use your credit card, after that I said get me a bottle water, brings the most expensive water...so my bill was a lot more then 10.00. Its not about the price it was the principle. I paid for it fine. Then when I got back to my office. No Utensils , no soy sauce , no chop sticks, To top it off. The Food Sucks.......No Flavor Sushi doesnt taste fresh. everything was dry. So about an hour of waiting with horrible service over priced tasteless food.

After coming here for over 12 years. Usually my experience here is pleasant, but I just left and the food was good but not taken correctly. Then to top it off, Im with my family which include my set of 2 year old twins and of course they were being 2. Not screaming or running around, but i was asked if I could keep my kids quiet. After spending $220 dollars and bringing more friends... I WAS ASKED TO KEEP MY KIDS QUIET, because a couple asked to be moved. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone...

The food is very good, as is the service and ambiance. Great Sushi, Salads and Hot Specialties My dessert choice is Fried Banana Tempura with ice cream. The facility is spacious, the decor modern with a touch of Japan. The sound is good stereo playing Modern Jazz. Theres also an adjoining bar with TVs for Sports. They have, however, gotten skimpy with the avocado in the Shrimp Avocado salad, though the ginger dressing still is tops. .

Its okay, just a casual place to eat if you want Asian food. I usually ordered the chicken katsu dinner which comes with a small salad, portion of white rice, and miso soup. It comes with a sweet tangy barbecue tasting sauce. Nothing major but the chicken does look just a tad bit funny :o I never finish eating the chicken because I stare at how weird it looks underneath the breaded layer. Honest review.

It was just ok. My salmon tempura roll tasted like it was made this morning and then deep fried before serving it. It was dry as all get out. I had a "new" roll that sounded promising, but the spicy tuna on top was not great (found a gross, fatty chunk). The tempura fried rice tasted like it was fried in old grease. Miso soup and edamame...and the ice water were the only things that worked for me.

This restaurant met all my expectations and more. The sushi is quite fresh and if you go during lunch hours they have great deals for an abundance of food. If you go ask for Daniel he was a knowledgeable, friendly A plus waiter. Really happy with my overall experience. Will definitely come back soon.
