We have eaten here several times as we live locally. But tonight was the final time we will eat there. First of all we had a party and of 10, actually 2 parties of 5 family members sitting together and asked at least 5 times if all were there and had to see /count us before seating us. Then they take us to a table that other patrons nearby stated was saved for another party of 8 to be added to their group of approximately 16 already seated and eating. Then we couldnt get silverware brought to us and one of the children with of us never got their drink until we had to actually get in front of the waiter to get his attention. Another group of about 10 came into our area a bot later and my grandson had gone back to food bar to get some food and his chair had disappeared. The waiter had removed it from his spot and pulled it to complete the table that had just arrived and was being seated behind us. We had to ask that it brought back to our table. Them they had the nerve to add the gratuity to both parties checks which was a ridiculous amount foe them filling our glasses with refills, which we constantly had to ask for. When we asked it be removed he refused so we asked to speak to a manager to be told one was not on duty. So a sat night in a busy restaurant where it is full and no manager on duty, what does that tell to about a business....we will never return to this business and will never recommend it to anyone we know or anyone visiting this area. Save your time & money, go somewhere where the service is good and they do not add a large gratuity to your bill for attempting to keep your drink filled. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Left very frustrated......

My experience was horrible. If you dont eat nothing but seafood dont go here!!!!!!!! We sat down and then went to the buffet the buffet had hardly any thing out on the six buffet tables the only thing out was sea food!!!!!!!!!!!!! Me and my family found some food up on the buffet that wasnt seafood because we are ALLERGIC!!!!!!!!! We then went and tried the stir fry it was alright but it took forever to cook!!!!!! While I was waiting I was going to get some chicken and broccoli but I couldnt find any plates!!!!!!! When I finally found the plates there was only TWO plates on the whole entire buffet the did not even put out any more plates for five minutes!!!!!!! When I went back two the table from beat the buffet for fifteen minutes I expected my empty cup to be refilled, BUT NO!!!! We waited another 10 minutes thinking the waitress would come by eventually. We had not seen her since when we had sat down!!!! We then went and payed they only gave us five dollars off for the inconvenience!!!!!! The total came out to $51.98 because it is about $14 per person plus drinks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!IF YOU DO NOT EAT SEA FOOD DO NOT GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last night was a horrible experience at this place! I got stuck with a near 18% gratuitous tip because there was more than 10 people in our party. My son and I actually split that bill because he was paying for his family and I was paying for the rest. He also got stuck with a near 18% gratuitous tip on his check! I have no problem paying between 18-20% tip on the whole bill at a normal sit and be served restaurant, but not at a buffet type place where all the wait staff does in take a drink order and make sure your glass stays full, which I might add, was done poorly last night. When I complained to cashier and told them I didnt want to pay the gratuity they refused to budge! When I asked to speak to the manager they lied and said there wasnt a manager on duty! Im a local in Panama City Beach and I have spent plenty of money in this restaurant along with very favorable tips, but I refused to be gouged! I will no longer step foot into this place and I would add BUYER BEWARE!!!

If you like sitting in broken booths, having minimal selection and food poisoning, then this is the place for you! Things out for the hibachi bar looked like veggies they chopped and salvaged from 5 days prior, beef that was supposedly cooked and swimming in blood in their dishes that were lukewarm (up to health code with temps? I doubt it), selection of dishes were bad, dessert selection horrible and the ice cream was so hard you couldnt scoop it. All the booths along the wall they took us too were broken and I mean BROKEN, you had to balance your behind on the narrow side of a 2x4... This place has barely been in business for over a year and we went there once last year and were very unimpressed, but gave them a second chance for the holidays and they have seriously declined in quality of just about everything. Save your money or drive over the bridge for a buffet.

The food was just ok, nothing special about it. The food wasnt even hot basically room temperature. It was Thanksgiving day and we had very few options. While we were there everything was fine until the waitress with an obvious language barrier proceeds to inform us about her tip and how its not included in the price. So while signing the receipt she comes back to take it, I tell her Im not finished. Maybe two minutes later she come back demanding the receipt and her pen. So I took the cash out for her tip and left her nothing for being so rude. As we are leaving out and about to get in the car she come outside and yells "where my $5 tip". I have never had someone do anything like that!!! We kept walking and got in the car. Needless to say we will NOT come here again!!!!

Suprisingly delicious. I do prefer hibachi however, this sufices since the pricing is lower. Here, the pricing though is a bit high for what you get, its about 45 after tip. Which is horrible because I give in the my fiance every now and then, who loves Chinese food, and I only stick to the basic chiken and Lo Mane**. I recently discovered the crab legs are not the worst which made it worth our money last time. They also have fresh cut and rolled sushi if youre a sushi eater. They have a hibachi but either I caught him at a bad time or when you give him the meat and veggies you want it all turns into a conglomerant of flavorless meat water. Yuck. Stick to the buffet bar.

Located right across from Ripleys. I went B4 the dinner rush. I was told by TINA that bc it was just me that I couldnt have a booth (not very nice). I spoke to someone else and got a booth. Food was good. Great for the price. Crab legs slow to come out and very few were brought when they did. Sushi was excellent. Dessert was good, except the cakes were dry. Waitress was not very good. She was nice but it seemed she hardly understood English. I asked for a lemon, she brought lemonade... I do recommend this place though. Not enough cons for me not to return. Just take note of what others are posting also. There seems to be consistency across the reviews.
