This is hands down the best Golden Corral in this part of Florida. As a high school band student, I have been to what should be considered an unusual number of these restaurants and they are remarkably consistent. They are always able to handle large parties and the food always leaves the impression of "Wow, that wasnt bad at all"; however the Panama City folks went above and beyond. My band got up and left the restaurant on very short notice and I forgot my 200 dollar molded plastic clear retainer on the table before we were bussed to the football game. Upon calling them I was greeted by the manager Tom Burnette, who interrupted his day dealing with the mess left by our band to grab a couple of workers and search through the garbage to find it. He said "Christmas is 12 weeks away, so Ill see what I can do to help". Only one retainer was found but that accounts for 100 dollars that could mean dinner or a tank of gas, desperately needed. He collaborated with me through text and mailed the retainer to my home. Tom Burnettes involvement in the restaurant is not only professional, courteous and well executed but he is also a genuinely good guy as well. From the moment we walked in, he provided us clear cut directions for our rowdy group, set aside a special section for us and changed, on the fly, a seating arrangement for us that allowed us to all be in one area when we overfilled the tables, and personally greeted us at the door when we left. There are very few establishments anywhere nowadays that are run by people who know what theyre doing; this is one of them. Thank you Tom.

Went there for a quick dinner with my Fiance, Mother, and little brother. Food was okay, no complaints. My fiance had a glass a milk, took a drink, spit it back up because it was sour. She ran to the bathroom and threw up. Asked our server to notify the manager. The manager shrugged his shoulders and took a drink and said it was fine. He never came to our table to talk to us. My mother went and asked the manager who came to the table already with a rude look on his face. I asked him, did he not plan on coming talking to the table who just vomited from sour milk. He said that he smelled and drank it and it was fine and that we can leave. I asked him for his card so I could contact corporate to talk to somebody higher up being a resturant manager myself. He said to go ahead and call them, he was going to call the cops and have us trespassed? Very unprofessional. I wouldnt return, even with my service dogs.

This place is something else. It felt more like an actual dine-in restaurant. Standard Golden Corral selection, however the food was all fresh and tasted better than any of the others which we have visited. We couldnt help but observe the employees and notice that they were constantly cleaning the floors, tables, bar/buffet area. There was even an associate assigned to mixing and stirring the food to keep everything warm & fresh throughout the pan. Service was attentive and polite. This Golden Corral is the epitome of a well-run business. On our way out, we met one of the owners who was cleaning the lobby and arcade area, leading by example. We will return again on our next visit. Well done Golden Corral of PCB! Go see for yourself fellow vacationers!

My wife choked on huge peice of plastic that was in her bourbon chicken so the she has a full on panic attack in her first bites.. we asked for the manager and got the floor manager he acted like it was no big deal and laughed it off. I then asked him if we could have our money since we just sit down and he said no! no compensation ! Then started fallowing me around and threatens to throw me out saying I cussed at him. That did not happen my concern was for my wife so we left. We will be contacting the location manager and corporate office and may seek a lawyer. For they showed no concern for her health and offered no help...

we usually go to golden coral 3 times a week with work group and my family atleast once a week but my work group has decided its time to find another place, the vegetables are not done and they are cold plus they add onions to there vegetables, like there green beans and that is the one down fall some people can not eat onions due to the fact that they are allergic or they have to go back to work and deal with the public, so sad because golden coral was a good place for quick lunch we need a Ryans here they do not put onions in everything and they cook there vegetables to done state

Wow! I had given up on Golden Corral. I have visited my home town GC 3 times in 10 year and each time I was disappointed or discussed. I gave GC one more chance in a different city, Panama City Florida on E23rd St. THIS LOCATION SHOULD SERVE AS THE EXAMPLE FOR ALL GOLDEN CORRALS. IT WAS IMPECCABLY CLEAN FOR A BUSY HOUR. THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE FOOD TASTED PREPARED NOT DUMPED AND WARMED. SO, GREAT JOB MANAGEMENT AND STAFF!

Walked in to smiling faces. The gentleman at the drink station was quick and efficient. All the staff seem to be enjoying working here and have positive attitudes. The only reason for giving four stars is some of the food tasted soggy. The place is very clean. We came in about 7:30. The staff is busy but attentive. Much better than my previous visits.

I am writing this review for cousin, he was asked to turn his shirt inside out. We were just trying to have a meal on the 4th. The manager quoted "your shirt is what I had a problem with. " I have witnessed people coming in with MORE OFFENSIVE THINGS THAN WHAT HE WAS WEARING. I will never ever come here again. Sorry our shirt offended you.

Went here a few times while on vacation with the family and loved it. Everything was hot and everything was full, not one empty pan. Everything was super clean and staff was very friendly. Our server quickly removed plates from our table once we were done & refilled our drinks without us even having to ask. Highly recommended.

Good except the butter and honey butter out by desert area looks like when butter is left out in heat and then rerefridgerated.And taste funny bad.Salad bar items cut poorly like done by someone who doesnt usually cut vegetables.Hot food and deserts excellent.Service very good.Bathrooms AWFUL!Dirty entrance to kithchen filthy.

Its great to have a restaurant like this thats open for breakfast during the week. The food is really good, but not real hot. I guess they have to do it that way so that the food doesnt continue cooking and get hard and dried out. The staff were friendly and they all seemed happy to be there. We will definitely be back.
