If you get there at 11am when they open and get all the food fresh as it comes out of the kitchen its awesome food for the price. But by 1145 its stale and cold. My biggest issue with this place is that they act like ice costs millions of dollars. They put 3 ice cubes in a glass fill it with warm water and then keep refilling it with warm water when you get refill and dont bother to add more ice no matter how many times you ask politely for it. It is INSANE. I have never been to another restaurant that was so incredibly stingy with the ice. It has only been this way for the last year or two but its really starting to get on my nerves. I think next time I go there Im going to bring my own ice just to prove a point because no matter how many times you ask for more you just get dirty looks and 2 extra cubes after a lot of huffing and puffing. As far as the food goes when you get there right when they open at 11 it is excellent and I would be happy to leave a 3 dollar tip per person to the cooks but as for the weight staff..... i would like to spit on the table when i leave. There was also one occasion where my server switched my glass of water with one from someone else in the restaurant (i dont use a straw in my water and the one i got back had one in it). When i point this out to my server after i had already drank from this glass that wasnt mine he laughed and said ill get you a new one. When i told him thats not good enough and doesnt solve the issue he laughed more. Needless to say after a short discussion with the not so friendly woman that runs the place I left with my meal coming out of his paycheck. They also didnt bother to find where my glass of water ended up either so sorry to that person i realized i should have made a bigger deal of that after i left. Luckily I only saw that server there once about 2 weeks later and havent seen him since (wonder why lol). I really feel like its the people that run the place and the servers that are really dragging the business down the cooks do an awesome job and one of these days Im going to start walking into the kitchen, tipping them, and leaving.

The food is fine, the service by the owner not so much. Easter 2015 I went in and she came uo to me and complained how I didnt leave her a tip. I tried to explain how I did that why I asked foe cash back after paying on my card. She actually called me a liar and told me I cant lie if I wanted to eat there. Really?? I asked her why she would talk to me like that and she said just dont lie... We turned around and left but not before she managed to say "thats fine dont eat here". Terrible service...I will never go back, I was embarresed and my kids didnt understand what just happened. Not ok for a "family resteraunt"!

Service is slow and terrible place looks deserted and the food is discolored overcooked dry and left my fiance and i feeling a little ill the decore is nice if not a little dated it honestly is like the dump hibachi and definately not worth the 24.56 for the two of us. Two dinner bars one salad and seafood and one dessert area along with a hibachi area left with food out and know one there and a sushi area where they left the previous days sushi to rot

I realize we came in an hour and a half before closing but it was the worst experience Ive ever had there! The food was not replenished it was cold and dried up! Seaseme chicken was watered down! No egg rolls! One fried won ton!! For the price I paid it was like eating out of a garbage can! The only thing fresh was the pop! Normally Ive never had an issue but last night was ugly! Ill think twice about going back!

Honey ck here is the best!!! Definitely the best Chinese place Ive been in a while!! ***Update!!!*** 3/26/17 They topped their own honey chicken!! It was better than ever!! Always be our go to Chinese place!! The happiness dish (garlic veggies chk pork?beef?) Was really good, forgot details was Bfs dish!!! Keep up the good work!!! We will always return &/or recommend the Empire Buffet!!!!

Decent Chinese buffet on the north side of town, their quality has improved since I was last here. They now offer a small sushi bar and during the lunch rush I found all the food to be fresh and tasty. Good standard Chinese fare plus fried foods, a couple American selections to keep the kids happy, full salad and fruit bar, and a full desert bar of what youd expect from a Chinese buffet.

Have gone here several times, and the last 2 times my wife and I got sick. The last time my wife and I actually had food poisoning and spent 2 and a half days trying to recoperate. When we called the restaurant, the owner immediately denied her restaurant was to blame and refused a refund for that meal. Since then we have never gone back, and always suggest others stay away as well.

I have visited this place many times and never once have i been disappointed. The love the food, i love the service. Its my go-to chinese food place. I really dont know why it doesnt have a higher rating. That boggles my mind. I have never gotten sick after eating here either. All i know is that the food tastes awesome here its like an orgasm for my mouth. Real talk.

Not sure if the people that had negative reviwes have taste buds or not, but my boyfriend and I ordered out, they delivered the food and it so super hot, the eggs rolls are amazing, the sweet and sour chicken was amazing, and the crab cheese was amazing as well. Definitely our new favorite Chinese place to eat.

Almost all of the food was cold. I tried going up a second time and getting something quick and going back to the table to make sure it didnt cool off. It was still cold. The service was mediocre. The iced tea was like water. My fiance wouldnt even eat anything but, the egg drop soup which, was hot and good.

Went on a week night around 6pm. Some of the items like the noodles, rice, and dumplings were out too long and took a while to get fresh food out there. Sushi was nice and cold. Mostly chicken dishes and not much beef. Staff was friendly and cleaned up our plates quickly.

Ive been here many times over the years and Ive never had the problems that people talk about in the other reviews. The food has always been amazing, they have the best crab Rangoon in town! In fact, just doing this review makes be crave it tonight for dinner!

Service was awesome wish I could say the same for the food. I love egg rolls but, theirs literally made me gag. That was not cabbage tasted more like sauerkraut. Some of the foods were cold. Try another restaurant if you dont want to be sick.

I had dinner. But, I think that some food was already made in lunch time. Sushi was cold and hard to eat. Shrimp fries was hard to eat. And I wondered whether I can eat that food or not. I really worry about the future of this Restaurant.
