I recently went to Panda Buffet with my family and found out that the hostess is not very friendly and does not want us to sit where we want, in fact we have to tell her immediately where to sit, otherwise she will sit us wherever she wants. Also I noticed how a woman sitting nearby found something unpleasant in her egg roll. The hostess gave her a free meal. However, the worst thing that I saw at the buffet was when one of the waitresses was eating at a table nearby. When she was finished she went to vomit at sink where they prepare the sweet tea.

The place was extremely busy, which is usually a very good indication that the food is GREAT!! The crowd was right....it was REALLY TASTY!! Despite the fact that they were busy, I was seated very quickly....I have ate at many Chinese/Japanese buffets....but, the fried shrimp that I had here at Panda Garden was SUPER DELICIOUS!! And, I was accommodated with melted hot butter to dip the crab meat. Service was friendly and efficient!! I would definitely return to eat again....

I have to say, the food has been okay for me but, by far not the best in town. Madarin Palace has this place beat by far!! Other than the price which is reasonable. Much better than King buffet!! Never ever ever eat there.. Nasty (King Buffet) I will continue to eat (lunch) at Panda Garden just because of the price. And the foods okay, even though Ive talked with several people that have found hair in their food. If that happens to me, Ill never go back...

It was ehhh ok. The food is good, well its edible, and the service is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Ive been here for about an hour and I have got one refill and the people arent the nicest. If you were going to eat here... Just play it safe and get the rice and ask for water... Those are the two things that you would be able to tell are bad. Or option 2, walk across the road and go to Little Caesars and get their hot and ready pizza.

The staff obviously works very hard and honestly our waitress, while she only said 2 words to us, seems very nice BUT this is the absolute WORST Chinese food I've ever had in my life, everything is bland. EVERYTHING! The avocado in the sushi roll I got was rotten, and the egg drop soup just tastes like water. Everyone says its the best deal in cookeville but I feel immensely over charged for what I just ate.

this place is the worst place u could ever eat at i found a fuzz ball in my noodles.i speak chinese and when i complained the waiter "cursed" me for life and cursed at me alot.the price is good but i know exactly why it is it is because the food is terrible the people are mean and you people will believe anything you hear because none of wat i just said was true. it is actually a good resteraunt.

Ive ate chinese food all over America and guess what? This is the worst I ever have in my entire life! 1st of all the service were very very very poor. 2nd of all Ive found hairs in my food. 3rd guess what the dishes were so dirty, when you turn it over some of the trash is stock in the back of it.

I go to lunch here once a week and the overall experience is always a good one as the facility is clean and well cept... The staff is fast and attentive however I would give a five star if the management was just slightly more personable as they are in direct contact with the customer

I was treated very bad today. My food was thrown at me not in the bag, the bag was thrown at me, which was to stmall for the box. All because the health inspector walked in. If I am not mistaken the customer comes first, whether the inspector is there or not. I was not pleased.

I go at lunch or early dinner, dinner is best for me because they dont have coconut shrimp before 3or4 oclock. I like all the shrimp dishes and food is always fresh,like the sushi bar too. Service is good too.

Nice clean place. Food was decent, with a fair selection, but everything seemed way to sweet to my husband and I, even with our very sweet tooths. Spent $38 with 2 adults, 2 kids, for dinner.

I like that I can eat a low carb diet here while my husband can pack in all those artery clogging foods he doesnt get at home. They are always busy so the food stays fresh.

Hunan Tofu dish is a bit sweeter than Taste of Chinas. They have a few older style televisions to watch sports. Friendly staff, speedy, and good price.
