Worst experience ever! Food was cold, so I advised the woman working there. She went back to the buffet and brought me back chicken and broccoli. She said she took it from the bottom. I bit into a piece of the chicken and again it was not hot and tasted horrible. I spit it out and said sorry its not good. Her husband was standing near by and when he saw me spit the food out he instantly got upset. I told him the food was cold and the meat didnt taste right. Told him I would just pay for my son who had already eaten because the food was not right, he said no!!!? He started to openly say how people have been coming there for 20 years and that there is nothing wrong with the food and that I was making him mad. Wtf? Who talks to a customer like that? Sorry your food is cold and I dont want to eat something at room temperature. The disrespect from this man was unreal!!! My son and I were completely baffled by his behavior and the manner in which he talked to a customer. Needless to say we will Never go back not only because this man was a complete jerk, but because the food was cold. Bad service and bad food. Not WORTH the time or money!!!!

Terrible customer service! I out an order in online. I walked in and was stared at by 2 employees. Finally one came over and I told her I had an online order, she hesitated turned around and walked away and came back a minute later and said he be right up, he in the bathroom. I stood there for another 5 minutes. Finally, a male, who I think is the owner, came walking up and I told him I had the online order. He said oh yea its right here, and grabbed it from a nearby table. I said to him, you really should inform the rest of your employees on how to do these online pick ups, and then I left the restaraunt. He followed me out into the parking lot yeling at me How I wasnt there on time to pick up, and a bunch or other jumled words that I didnt even pay attention to. Wheni got home, i realized i got white roce, not fried. However, with how i waz trated before, it was not worth a trip back, or even a phone call. This will not be a place i will be returning to.

Food was under cooked and was old. There is wall and ceiling damage from a steam table that has been negelected for so long there is black mold growing in the drywall and on the mirrors that Im sure was put up to cover other damage and mold. When we first walked in we asked for a highchair which we had to go hunting for one cause they never brought us one then when the waitress came to ask us about drinks she took one persons drink order and went to walk away without taking the rest of our drink orders. When we complained about the food, waitress, and the mold the manager tried saying that the food was a fluke; that was the first seeing the mold and damage; and that she would talk to the waitress. I dont believe anything will change there; they just dont seam to genuinely care about bad reviews or repeat business. If you care about your health you dont want to eat here!

If I could had given a lower rating...I would. With a small selection of places to go on Christmas Day, I decided to take my small family out to eat. With past not-so-satisfying visits, I decided to give it another shot. Per owner, I was the only one that had complained in the whole day...food was cold, I was only given one cup of pop, had to east last plate of food and dry dessert cake with nothing to wash it down with (waitress didnt come back to even check on us). Then as I approched to pay, In a low voice I wanted to make him aware of service and food. He started yelling at me, insulted me, and told me to get out and never return! Great way to handle a complaint. I wasnt looking for free food, and I even paid full price for a 10-year-old. Never again Oriental Asian Garden!

Came with family for dinner. Started to get food, only to find old and perhaps dangerously cold food. My mother went up and asked for the bill for drinks, as she would not allow our family to eat the cold, slimy food (chicken was especially bad). She was asked to pay full price, despite no one eating. When she told the cashier that the food was cold and had possibly gone bad, the cashier went around and asked other customers if they enjoyed their meals. They politely answered that it was alright, although they were barely picking at their food. Eventually we left, after paying for drinks. Overall the restuarant was quite comforting, but the food was barely (maybe not even) edible.

Honestly the worst experience Ive ever had. Our trip started with our waitress throwing our straws at us as an afterthought. Then preceded to visiting the buffet where everything was inedible due to sitting all day in unheated trays. Unfortunately my children began eating before I realised this and my daughter became very sick the next day. Then to top it all off my change was given in counterfeit money! And in case youre like me and know nothing about counterfeit money, you dont get your real money back. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place! Theres nothing like spending your evening with a police officer and the next day caring for a sick child.

My wife and I just returned from a very disappointing trip to this restaurant. The food was very greasy, cold (totally unacceptable, especially during dinner hour on a Friday), and mostly bland. The fried rice in particular was dry and flavorless. The only thing that was half decent was the fried shrimp, but they come out of a bag, so it is pretty hard to screw up. After we received our drinks and some napkins we never saw a server near our table again and I had to go to the cash register to ask for my bill. We will not be returning any time in the foreseeable future.

I always get their to-go lunch of orange chicken. It comes with a side of your choice. For less than $7 dollars you get a lot of food! I always order through the BeyondMenu app and pick it up. The food is almost always ready when I arrive. Yes this is a buffet but their to-go is made to order and always fresh hot and delicious! I love the owners as well. They are a cute little Chinese couple who seem to ALWAYS be there. Hard working and hospitable they are seriously the nicest people. I love this place. Check em out for your fast good Chinese food fix!

I just went here yesterday and the food I would say is disgusting and definitely not work the money. The noodles I had were not even cooked well they were either undercooked or overcooked! The place is not very professional or sanitary. The floors were dirty and the bathrooms were not nice either. One of the buffet bars has mashes potatoes and gravy and they look like they have been sitting there for quite a while because they had a filmy top layer. It was hard to not lose my appetite.
