Visited KFC 420 on US19 on 07/01/2017 at about 12-12:30pm dined in, the place was a dump. There was water leaking from the ceiling, floor was very wet, the least goes on and onl. When my husband notified the employee she proceeded to state, " yea I know, were leaking everywhere."(nothing was done about it and I mean absolutely nothing) well than oh okay, we were already there and our food was already serve. So, we decided to eat there anyway. As were waiting for the rest of our tenders at the table, the employee brought our tenders and let me add, she step right over the puddle and pretended as if it was never there. And once again did absolutely nothing ( no wet floor sign, no bucket , and definitely no mopping). A few minutes passed by and another older Caucasian couple came in, they were also dining in. And as no surprise, the lady too says something about the mess on the floor and leaking ceiling. However, this time the employee responded as if she was shock and I mean shock, she stated," oh my ... Thank you for letting know ( as if she didnt just step over it herself) you know were remodeling at the end of the year but its hurricane season," and she proceeded to quickly clean up and brought a wet floor sign and also a bucket. And then states she didnt know about it . Therefore, my husband and I are staring at her in disbelief, but didnt say a word (didnt need the confrontation especially since were not planning on going back). Anyhow Im just very dissapointed and feel its discrimination (either by age or/and race) in the employees behalf and very unsanitary in the employers behalf, and I definitely wont be back nor recommend anyone.

Had a craving for KFC but have not eaten there in over a year because of a terrible experience last time there. This time was even worse... The chicken had no seasoning, the breading was terrible (never seen it like this before at any KFC) it was like grainy and tasted like burned oil. Each bite was like chewing on a oil soaked napkin that was covered with sand. I know this is fast food but seriously, arent there standards and a franchise wide recipe? Dont go to either this franchise or the one on US 19N that one told me I had to wait for 30 mins for them to cook more chicken during lunch with no cars in the parking lot. The woman at the drive through window was rude and just didnt care... Ill never go to any KFC franchise that isnt in Kentucky. I still to this day have not found one that tasted as good as that was.

"The worst customer service" I was waiting in line for a while for someone to come out and help me. There was a customer return in line to order few more items for her kids, and I decided to have her in front of me. Both of us were standing there for about 3-5 minutes, then the young lady came out and took her order. She came back gave the lady the food and told her that it was free since her partner took out the money register already. Then now she finally looked at me and tell me that the store is closed at 9 pm on friday. She should have told me that when she saw me standing there. Even worst, her partner saw me standing in line and cant even tell me that they closed. The website said hour on friday is open until 10:00 pm, so why did they closed at 9?

Portions have become smaller and the new menu changes are a rip off. Can only order meals as part of a deal that includes a drink. When I said I didnt want the drink, the cashier said there was no button on the cash register allowing her to do that. Had to pay the same price for a meal deal with a drink, even though I didnt want or get the drink. This is not the KFC we grew up with! Not worth the aggravation if you want something there isnt a button for. It is a shame the employees cant figure out how to process a special order without their little button.

Good food, friendly employees, plus they have buffalo sauce. As lot of the KFCs managers or owners are such Cheapskates, many dont even stock buffalo sauce anymore, but this store does have it.. Two thumbs up. I would have given them a five stars, but the restaurants AC is weak and the store needs a little bit more cleaning and maybe a little remodeling with some newer furniture before they get 5 stars. Otherwise, this is a good place to eat as I have eaten here many times before and will continue to do so.

The To Go Cup had wedges so hard that when I picked them up they actually crumbled in my hand. I was really shocked that the person who fixed my order had even put the dried out wedges in the cup because anyone could clearly see that they were inedible. I showed them to the Manager and she offered to make them fresh, but since I had waited so long my other order was cold. I was offered fresh chicken, but not the same as what i had ordered. I will never eat at this Kfc again!!!!

The experience of being inside of KFC is everything I could ask for; the stench of hundreds of mottled carcasses awaiting thankless consumption. My God, it tingles the senses. I like to imagine that the sweat and running mascara of the employees falls on the bodies of these bird corpses before they are served forth to me. Finger lickin good is an understatement.

Everyone was very nice, working very hard, got my order correct, but it took WAY TOO LONG for what I ordered. These poor employees are running themselves ragged. Not nearly enough people to run this place. They had to close the lobby. Im really.disappointed that the company allows this to happen.

Very polite. There was a wait on certain chicken pieces, which is to be expected late at night. I got to the window and decided to get a sweet iced tea because Id be waiting. Cashier gave it to me for free because of the wait time. His attitude impressed me. Thank you, Eric.

Dirty tables and their falling apart Im sure a health code violation And chicken is so small its a joke Chicken breasts and now called keels which means its part of a cut up breast What a joke I wish there was a Popeyes close

When they told me they were out of chicken 2 hours before close a few Saturdays ago I thought it was a bad dream. I will tell you Jaclyn Rose was amazing and fixed everything. Best chicken ever

Its KFC. You know what to expect. This one was a little cleaner than ones I have visited in the past. I would recommend this for when you tire of Publix fried chicken.
