Just went through the drive thru, ordered 4 georgia gold chicken littles, and mashed potatoes. When we got to the window we asked if we could add 2 orders of potato wedges. The girl at the window (CAITLYN) rolled her eyes and took a deep breath like she was disgusted and yelled "I need 2 potato wedges at my window RIGHT NOW!" very rudely. We asked for kfc sauce and ranch she got loud and said "which one?" I said "both, kfc sauce and ranch." And she threw them in the bag handed us our order and never said have a good day or anything, not nothing. Will not be back to this kfc as long as the lazy snot nose kids continue to work there. Ill make the extra 5 minute drive to go to the one in Tarpon Springs.

Service was awful. Pulled up to drive thru and waited five minutes. Finally asked if anyone there. Man took my order and mumbled something. I drove around and he was very abrupt. Did not even give me my change. Guess I could have asked but it was not worth it Biscuit was awful. Threw it away. Chicken VERY greasy. Obviously cooked in old grease. Cole slaw was passable. Mashed potatoes were fine. Needless to say we will not go back.

The worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Order is never right. One time I was in line for 20 minutes at drive-thru and once I got to the window they were out of the item I ordered. They didnt offer any substitution and made me feel like it was my fault. I dont understand how this restaurant stays open. They always over cook the chicken too.

Every time we visit KFC Devin one of the customer front desk cashier is always i mean always very informanted make us aware of da best deal 4/ 2of us. Just a nice face smile n so much dat makes me come back. We both r disable n need special needs he very helpful. U need more assoc like him. U should make hi. A trainer. Thank you your time.

When I arrive I was greeted with someone who didnt even look at me to take my order. Then walked away just to see what someone else was talking about. None of the food was even ready. Was told 19 min. Almost 40 min. later still dont have food. Then when we got the food it was wrong food tasted old and cold. Could not even enjoy our meal

The worst drive through ever!!! Its under staffed slow as hell my food was cold , they forgot 2 items . Ive been calling for the past 20 min. and no one is answering the phone. If corporate is reading this this store needs help perhaps you might want to get another manager. Im not going back. Stop hiring people who dont want to work.

Drive through cashier was arguing with the front cashier with a line of people, dinning area was fairly clean but the soda machine area was a big mess. Food came out fairly quick and very warm other than the employees complaining about one another in front of patrons and the mess at soda machine was pleased with service

Not the best. Food is OK most of the time, sometimes it taste old. Staff really needs to improve on their friendliness. They never look like they want to be there, and it feels like they just slather stuff on. Coleslaw is awesome! But still, there are better KFCS out there, so try to steer clear!!!

Always the slowest drive thru times. Every time I come here its a minimum of 20 minutes for food. Their drive thru driveway has the smallest driveway so you cant escape if youre fed up with the wait. Its literally just big enough for a car with the building on one side and a fence on the other.

tO THE POINT. the service here is the worst i have ever experienced from ANY KFC I have ever been to to! Rude, slow, and most times after 7:30 PM theyre out of CHICKEN breast and will not make more. For real?, a chicken joint with no chicken. Obviously terrible management! JOKE!

I came here to get a simple $20 fill up bucket for my loving family and I told the cashier my name was Virginia but she spelled it "veringa" and they called me name just like that and everyone stared and laughed at me The girl couldnt even get the orders right either smh

Its seems that the flavor of KFC has gone done. Chicken Not as good as before and is very greasy. Mashed potatoes w/gravy and the coleslaw tasted old. Kinda feel as if the changed the recipes. As the flavors was off
