Just remember, your experience is based upon the employees, not necessarily the company! We have been to this location 4 times in a month because we are on hard times with the money situation. You just cant beat the $4 or $2 deal ANYWHERE! Yeah, they could be a lot better but its a bottom of the barrel job. Would you want an $8/hr job with NO benefits? Grant it, you should still take pride in your work. My food was hot, fresh as fast food can be and the employee we dealt with was friendly! Not 5 stars because we had a LONG wait but Ill still go back to THIS location!

Horrible location. Staff is rude, argumentative , and careless when it come to taking pride in a job well done. Just got my familys supper and it was a mess. Mayo and ketchup slopped all over the burger, three slivers of lettuce on there, no tomato to speak of and a single pickle. When we asked for a small soda, the clerk argued that their 32 oz is the small - it isnt and they sat there mouthing off at us. This is absolutely unacceptable and if you care to have a good burger and friendly service, I suggest skipping this location all together.

I have been a Checkers die-hard for a great many years, but in the last 5-7, the food quality has steadily declined. Burgers are bland and sloppy, their buns sometimes doing the backstroke off their flavorless patties. The only thing persevering in this chain is its irreplaceable seasoned fries. This particular chain does boast excellent customer service and a willingness to please at any hour, and I am never disappointed in them during my very rare visits, but no longer does a Checkers visit hold a reserved place in my fast-food heart.

RUDE, stole my money, had to come back around for their mistake only for them to mess it up again. Talked down to me, and one girl spoke as if she wanted to fight me because she owed me less than 10 cents in change. Took my receipt, when I asked for it back, they didnt know what I was talking about, so no proof of them ripping me off almost $5. Food was AWFUL btw, on top of everything. The absolute worst experience Ive had in a very long time, but have had here before. JUST THIS LOCATION.

Staff has always been friendly. The food is usually good for most part. Fries are always hot and I have only ever goteen fresh fries. Sizes on sodas are very generous. My only complaint is about half the time I have to go back for extra onions. I always ask for extra extra and get like 2 or 3. But they are nice about it and give me like half onions worth then. :) overall they are normally pretty darn good

Its Alright. Good service. One of the few locations I actually get FRESH fries. So no complaints there. Only thing is if they could strain them a bit better that would be great. Sometimes I get a cup of oil with my fries lol and Im not too fond of that...the fries are unhealthy enough. Otherwise this location has always had hot food and timely service. No complaints there either.

Asked for water and it came with a free bug inside. Yay me. Also got my order wrong spoke to manager over the phone and she said to come in next time and get a meal for free. I called 2 days later. TWO DAYS! They said there is nothing they can do because I dont have the receipt on me. If Ive already spoken to a manger they should have told their employees. Bad Management.

Pisses me off when I order something and I pay for it and when I get hone it is not there. I was looking forward to the freaking fries! The next day when I went there again (for the last time) they said they couldnt do anything without the receipt. Bad business. They couldnt just give me the fries and they were the cheap value fries.

Horrible Service left drive through they didnt ask if I completed my order and was rude and spoke very nasty. Management must not be doing their job so employees feel as if they dont need to serve customers with respect. Employee had the nerve to yell I heard you I want to know what kind of food chain she thinks shes working for.

burgers never look like they do in the ads, most of the time theyre horrible looking. but they taste great. also i almost always get a few extra fries with my order. if you pick up the burgers for the family and dont eat any of the fries on your way home all of the ones that fall out into the bag are yours!

Tried to order and was cut off, when I paid the boy snatched my card scanned it and slammed the window shut before I could even tell him what I wanted to drink. My order was wrong, nothing about it was right actually I will never come here again and frankly recommend that no one else come back either.

i got food poisoning from this exact place and was sick for over a week laying in bed in pain most the day, with lets just say alot of fluids coming out not in. i only eat in afew places i am %95 sure it was this place. i will never eat here again. not to mention the people arnt to nice here.

I spend 40 dollars at a time on wings and they STILL make me pay extra for sauce theyre service people are extremely disingenuine and rude skip on the food poisoning and eat at another location and theyre big chicken is the same size as the dollar sandwich thats false advert

They have a good fish or chicken bites and fries box though it is a bit on the greasy side, but if thats your style you wont be disappointed. Also my food has always been hot and the staff has always been nice.

Couldnt hear on the intercom ended up getting two extra burgers I did not ask for . Tried to call but phone goes to a fax machine. Or rings and then goes to voice mail. Not happy

for a checkers, this place was very interesting, 5 stars for the coolness. You have got to go into their bathroom, its is the strangest bathroom set up I have ever seen.

I just had lunch here, their card machine was down so they gave me my order on the house! Not only is the food cheap and tasty but the service is fast and great!!
