This place is horrible, i have been through drive thru about 6 times since they opened, 3 times they gave me wrong order but what really is disturbing is that palm tree in drive thru, if you drive a truck there is no way the tree is not going to scrape/drag across windshield and top of truck it is the most ridiculous thing i have seen in a while and when you tell them, they say "what palm tree" the customer service is horrible and everytime they either ask you if you would like to try an apple or chocolate pie when you say yes when you get to window they say sorry we dont have apple pies would you like chocolate. then we get to the menu, they dont have beer can chicken, they dont have chicken and waffles they dont have the strips all the new items they advertise on TV this store doesnt have

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes, then got cold tenders and no sauces. When I asked for my sauce they said let me see what we have and came back with something I didnt even ask for. They need a person who can run the drive thru way better then the girl that was there. Zero customer service. I understand they just opened however with 10+ employees there things should not have been that bad. I have been so excited for this place to open, I hope they get their act together.

Food is good but they are slow and dont a aknowledge you when they are filling orders right there in the front- until they are ready to. Ivery been here multiple times and I have high hopes for quicker more efficient service, though it is always the same. SLOW SLOW SLOW and Manger should be more with it and faster if she is going to be working the counter Just received food and not correct and employee told me not what I ordered, though it clearly says on my copy of reciept

First off...my fiance and i had to wait for the chicken to cook even though there was only 1 other customer there. Second when we got the chicken it wasnt what i paid for. Had to tell them. Finally started to eat. ( this is the first time ever trying this restaurant) The chicken was very disappointing. It was mostly crunchy breading and had no flavor. I paid over $24 for lousy chicken and will NEVER buy it again! The chicken at publix is better than this place!

I thought I would give this place a try instead of Kentucky fried chicken. My 3 minute wait for french fries turned into 20. The large coleslaw was half full. When I brought it to the attention of the young lady who brought my meal out to the car..She said the manager said its full. Okay well then use small cups and call it a small side... Very disappointed. The food was good but the portions are stingy..

The Saturday hours are till 1100pm and its 930 and the dining room is pretty much closed down and they have limited chicken and I have to wait for my food because I refuse to take what I did not order because they want to try and refuse to make what I ordered. Not being ran correctly something needs to change because I love Popeyes and would hate to discontinue my service as a paying customer.

If I could give less than this I would. I had to repeat my order 4 times at the drive thru after waiting a good ten minutes to even be helped. Not to mention there was hardly anyone in the restaurant(if you wanna call it that) and to top it all off we had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes to get our food. Piss poor service. Wont be coming back

Always eating Popeyes back in San Francisco. Moved here to New Port Richey and the only fried chicken was Kentucky Fried Chicken which I dont eat there for the reason is on how they raise the chicken. The company abuse the chicken. I was so happy to see Popeyes was opening up on SR 52 & Little. Love to go there after Church.

We love popeyes but this location never has food. They havent had $5 box in months. Today, they didnt have shrimp or the special. My wife had to get a strip box and they gave her old stale cold chicken and fries. Then, they dont answer the phones so we couldnt complain. Very disappointed. I wish I could give a negative 5 star.

Worst experience eating ever! First no corn or corn bread. The lady stated its a franchise not a corporation as an excuse. 1/4 lb shrimp was more like 1/8 lb shrimp. The desert was completely frozen. First and last time I will eat here. Good luck with them.

The foods been great every time I go. Ive only had two mistakes over the past 2 years, which is pretty decent considering how many times I went the first few months after they opened. Just make sure you stock up on the sweet heat sauce!

Ew. Just ew I paid 18$ for 6 pieces of chicken and 4 very small sides although that sounds like a good price the food was so nasty the gravy was disgusting everything Cajun. If u dont like spicy or mild food dont come here

It was very busy day on 9/ll/14. The lobby was filled with people waiting in line patiently. Drive thru is just as long. The food is good. The apple pies good hot. Please be prepared to wait. Hot n ready popeyes chicken.

Food is good but make sure they only charge you once they charged me twice and it was for two different amounts. They are nice enough but seem to mess up on orders often but are very good about fixing the problem.

Horrible this was not a Popeyes I havent been to one in years me and my girl decided to come eat here, never again will i do such a thing food made me nauseous didnt taste good at all this place should not exist

Springhill restaurant is much better than this location. They dont spice the food as much and servings are much smaller. Its worth the trip to Springhill because service is so much faster and more accurate.

Rude people, manager will NOT apologize when they made confirmed mistakes. I cannot believe upper management hasnt picked up on this. Havent been back for months. Let me know if theres new management.

This was the smartest move the chain ever made. Reopening a site in Pasco, now theyre selling so much good chicken this site might cap record sales. The food was delicious and the service was great.

This was a great Popeyes, the food was fresh and hot, the wait time was reasonable, and there are not that many Popeyes around this area. Would go back if we are ever traveling in the area again.

Food is a hit or miss, sometimes great others not so much. Service is incredibly slow every time I go. Love Popeyes but wish they would really work on this.
