We just moved to Pataskala and have eaten at this KFC 3 times now. Every time there service has been horrible and they have totally messed up the order. Once it turned out alright because I got some extra food at no cost, but the other two times I got ripped off. Nothing like paying $12.50 for an 8 piece bucket only to get home and find that there are only 6 pieces, and most of them are tiny! Im just glad I didnt pay with cash or they probably would have got my change wrong too. I will never eat at this KFC again.

I live right by this kfc and go a lot. An employee nate is very respectful and always has great customer service. if there is any issue with my food they are more then happy to fix the issue if there was one. Management I believe changed here and Im seeing the difference in service then years before. If you have have a bad review in the past I would recommend giving them another try and give credit where its due.

This place has had ups and downs, but can not seem to get it right. Poorly managed...runs out of chicken all the time and gets orders wrong. If it were not for the poor selection in Pataskala for other options, they would probably not be around at all

The food was hot and fresh. I stopped going there for a while due to crappy food and poor service but went back. Its better since is not connected with a long John silvers

Unfortunately only fast food chicken place in town. Always forget something and is always messy/dirty inside. That is disgusting. This is with not even being busy.

I dont know what happened to KFC. They used to be the bomb for fast food chicken. Now, what isnt tasteless tastes like cardboard. Dont waste your money.
