I want to begin this review by commenting on the employees behavior. They were polite, apologetic, and courteous. It was above what I usually expect at your typical KFC/Taco Bell. However, I had to wait 30 minutes for only a bucket of fried chicken. The food was good yet I had to wait that amount of time in a disgusting fast food establishment. That is another negative to this business, the restaurant was more gross than a usual fast food chain. One final error that this business made was that they got my order wrong. Management should be reconsidered here.

Giving one star because zero isnt an option. We walk in and the place is run by what looks like basers. A guy is sitting doing interviews while the crew is struggling to keep up. Then after a very ling wait we got to order as we were getting our drinks the lady that had been interviewing with the previously mentioned gentleman reached over my sons head and bumped his hand out of the way so she could refill her own cup. I informed who I assume was the manager and he gave me a half hearted apology. This place is a joke. I will NEVER EVER be back!!

Ghost on the Hill
We got home and started eating our 12 piece tender meal and I wasnt sure if I was eating chicken or breaded rubber. It was so hard and rubbery we couldnt even eat it. It was like this last time too, but we figured it wouldnt happen again. KFC has gone down hill big time. We will never eat at a KFC again. I should of just taken my 22 dollars and chucked it the trash, because thats where the meal ended up.

I just stoped here to grab some chicken. The lady was very rude and didnt even give me what i ordered. Im just glad she brought me my food before i paid. Saved me money. I left the food and walked out. Next time someone orders a meal please give them what they ordered!

The employees at the window are always so busy chatting with fellow workers, are rude and cant even say thank you and the wait is always longer than any other restaraunt I have been too. I avoid this one. Once in awhile I stop and there is no improvement

Always a fun stop on the way home from gulf view mall. A nice mix of foods when your in a big group of friends who cant pick a food destination. Never to busy here and always has kind responsive front counter workers.

Everytime I am here no matter what I order it takes them no less then 30minutes even when I am going in the Drive-Thru I always get told to pull around. And they never get my order right
