Ordered a few item at this location using the drive through. The chicken bites that I ordered were completely cold and dried out as if sitting under a heat lamp for way longer then they should have, the hot wings were a bit better but I had a few that had some pink in them. I did also order 2 chicken little sandwiches and they were not crispy and also cold and my friend through his out after the 1 bite of each one. The only thing I did get that was actually good was the fries that came with the meal they were hot and tasted fresh. All in all not the best experience for me, granted it is fast food. I did not dine in so this review does not reflect the workers, service, or cleanliness of the facility. I will try once more and see if this was an isolated issue.

Food is fine and hot, yet not always what you ordered, so check. service is ALWAYS slow. Even if you are the only person in drive through with no one inside its always a 20 min venture :/ You can be sure that you will see at least 3 people leave the drive through line so if you have 40 min you will get your food quicker, stick it out! s not sure if they are just that unmotivated employees or that they have such a turnover rate that no one is ever sure what to do. Employees are friendly, but that doesnt make up for bad service. Alittle more effort would do wonders. Love kfc but the tarpon location slacks.

if you come to this KFC watch out we did the biscuits was burnt and the chicken was overcooked we did this on 6.22.2017 @ 345 pm in the night time manager just came on he told my wife he didnt know nothing about it but the manager was the one who picked the biscuits in the Box and the chicken if you have freaking dumb you should be working at KFC I am one that never will go back to that one that KFC is worser in Popeyes Chicken horrible customer service wouldnt even replace the chicken or the biscuits you can take your business and shove it up your ass ??

Ordered Food through drive through, when pulling up to the window the employee tells me they are out of all dipping sauces for chicken tenders until they are ordered again.WOW out of dipping sauces how does this happen...They asked me to pull around to the parking lot and wait for my food. I waited over 18 minutes for my food that arrived cold and the order was totally prepared wrong I also asked to speak to the store Manager Ernie... He never came out to talk or fix the order....we will never come to this location again...

As a former kfc employee this place should be ashamed about not upholding high standards, and extremely long wait times. 360 n congress ave should be an example to all kfcs . Get some managers who take pride in your work . If I could give you less than one star I would. Youre better off going to the many fast food places right near there. Wendys, subways, Arbys , McDonalds, jimmy johns, panera , dunkin donut , Taco Bell. All within a block. I wish I could go in and show them how its done

So where do i start?! Im sutting here in this dark parking lot for over 15 min after being told to pull around to the side of the building cause it would take 5 more min for the chicken tenders to cook well 15 min passed and we called cause we were tired of waiting and they completely forgot they parked us worst service ive ever had and the girl in the window was a moron and rude it really deserves no stars but thats not a option beware unless u want to be forgot about

I can partially deal with the long wait in the drive thru but the fact that it seems like they never have any food theyre always out of things and every employee there including the manager has a I dont give a what kind of I dont give a f*** attitude I also didnt get part of my meal and according to you ever answer the phone I should have checked my bag before i left so I guess its my fault .......

Horrible. Half my order was missing and I was already home. Witnessed too much Bsing behind the counter. Even heard employees saying "Make them wait" Because the drive thru was backed up. People coming back because of food that was missed. The store was EMPTY!!! I call the store and I told the person what happened.. Thks place should be ashamed of the staff that is working at night.

Chicken is very good. Problem is they focus more on the drive thru customer than the walk in customer. Your left waiting til drive thru is relatively done. Then they are out of what you want and they ask you to substitute for what you want. Can be upsetting at times. But the food is good and hot.

Literally within 10 minutes of eating here, instant sickness. This happened twice now. Chicken is always hard as a rock and cold, nothing is ever fresh or even warm. Employees dont practice safe handling when dealing with customers food.

Everytime I have come to this location, the portions are small and never tastes good. They have a window that someone shot out amd hasnt been repaired. The pictures should show the rest...leaking ceiling, always dirty and rude employees.

Came here for chicken. Have no chicken. Employees even say their one store sucks. And that the management sucks. We just left. And they even told us where the next closest KFC is. Lol

It was dirty very dirty and it smelt like mold. I couldnt enjoy the food at all because of the smell. On the other hand the employees were very nice and had good customer service.

Mediocre. The food is KFC, but the dining room is ALWAYS dirty. I have never seen someone cleaning it. I think they rely on customers to clean the tables.
