I wrote this while waiting in line at the drive through.... yep still writing, and waiting..... yalll are slow, my battery went down 15% waiting for my food.... still here, i kinda wish i timed this.... i also wish i counted how many cars have just left eithout food... i know at least 8 because i counted that many.... still waiting btw.... isnt this crazy? Idk what to even tyoe about... ok so today at 9:30pm on may 25th yall moved slower than fuuuuuuuu.... OMG PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME ARE GETTING FOOD.... BYEEE..... ok im back, now im waiting for my food at the window....ya know i wanted to go to kfc but kinda wanted food now, and figured since taco bell is closer i would get food now. I was wrong, i know for a fact i couldve gone to kfc and be face deep in some of those chicken littles by now. (Ok now im about to turn and leave, enjoy the review)

Went through the drive thru the other day at dinner time with only one car in front of us. From the time we placed the order till we got the food was 17 min. Today, I decided to try again at dinner time. This time I went inside and it only took 20 min. to get the order. After getting home with the food I found my sons cheese quesadilla burnt. They had placed it in the bag with the burnt side down so you couldnt see it till you got home and took it out. My wife then had to make him one, defeats the point of eating out and fast food, not that it was fast thats for sure. When I drove back to the store the manager said nothing about the food being burnt just said something about having never done a refund and then gave me the two bucks back and that was all she said. What a great place, bring the kids!

This Taco Bell has gone WAY down with customer service. I went through the drive-thru and the lady just stuck her hand out and I gave her my card. She ran the card and gave me my drink. She did ask me one word: "Sauce?", to which I replied no thank you. She didnt look at me at all when she gave me the bag and closed the sliding door. Food is always great. Thats the only reason for 2 starts instead of 1.

Im a foster mom, and there are many Saturdays when the kids and I LOVE to eat here :) Every time weve been to this Taco Bell the employees are absolutely AMAZING!!! They dont freak out when I walk in with seven children, and they treat them so special ♡♡♡ THANK YOU guys for helping these children enjoy themselves!!! We truly appreciate you!!!

It is the best Taco Bell! The food is excellent and the service is good too. Everyone is very friendly. I used to go to one down the street. The food wasnt good. My orders were usually wrong. The service was bad. The employees were rude. I love the Pace Taco Bell!

This Taco Bell staff is very friendly and the drive through folks are cheerful and quick to get the orders out. The employees seem to work well as a team and I really enjoy eating there. The inside of the restaurant is clean and well maintained.

Usually fairly quiet here with people coming in and out or using the drive thru. The service here is great and your order is ready pretty quick. This is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat with some friends!

Extremely slow, employees in the back are playing music off their phones and singing while Im waiting. Restaurant needs a serious remodel. Its been 14 minutes and Im still waiting for 1 Cravings Deal Box.
