Hot and cold. Like one guy on here said, good service at times, and then completely ridiculous High School theme B.S. the rest of the time. Heres one tip of advice if youre going to talk badly about the customers , keep your voices down so that people waiting for their food do not hear you. Its demeaning, to the person. Nobody wants to be judge by high school kids who havent even moved out of their parents home. Well I spoke to a shift manager. She was very nice, and said ,shes going to address the situation ,and I feel that she will ,so I bump them up at Star on fath. They had two. If I see important they could see 5. Im not looking for bathroom conciers. Just fast ,courteous ,non awkward service, in and out. Like one Kia on here said

Sucks all the time Today I asked for two whopper meals 17 bucks.... its 2 for 10.00 3 big signs on all ther windows but still charged me 17 bucks. Every time I go tho drive thro I better has 30 mins to spare I got a manager to fix my 2 for 10 he was pissed that I said something I got my $$ tho The ice cream dont work cant get a icee cuz its broken The tv has crap on it I hear cursing from the tv I have a special needs child I dont need him watchin this Time to shut this place down

Went to this location yesterday 4/22/16 around 4:30 pm to have a pre work out snack the service was terrible from the drive thru to the window nasty attitudes especially the manager on duty she was very unprofessional dont even see how she became a manager poor customer service skills at the end of the day I end up asking for my money back and took my business else where I will never go to that location again..

Ive avoided this restaurant for a long time because of such consistent poor service. However, Ive been back a few times in the last two weeks and the service and friendliness of the staff have been exceptional. I commend this store for making such incredible improvements. If its been a while since youve tried this BK Id urge you to give the new staff a chance to impress you.

6-23-17 7:31pm First order drive thru went well like most days. Second order...I forgot to add 2 orders of onion rings so went inside and the floor is sticky and they forgot my order so JoJo asked me if I got my order which I didnt. 15 mins later I received my second order. Their normally pretty good so I wont ding them for what happen until a future visit.

Every time I come here it takes forever to get my food if they even have it most the time what I want to eat they dont have it because theyre out... or the food is stale and nasty.. This place is A$$. I came here at 11:45 PM when google clearly states it closes at 12AM, but yet when I drive to the window the impaired workers inside apparently cant take my order and make the place look closed. Why dont you get off your butt and make some orders and stop eating them, $hitsacs.

I go out of my way to go to this location on friday mornings for breakfast. The crew working the drive through as well as the dining are always polite, friendly and seem to really enjoy their jobs. Their mocha iced coffee is also amazing!
