So I went to PDQ on Old st. Augustine Road yesterday after the mall closed around 9 p.m. and the crispy chicken sandwich and fries were very good I also had sweet tea which was very good I have never eaten at this place before I searched places that were closest to me that was still open and one of the reviews I read was good so I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did I have save this place on my map the prices are not bad at all less than 8 bucks for a meal fast service friendly and professional staff I love how the drive thru doesnt have you talking into a box but you actually speak with a person through the window then you pull around to the next window and get your food fast easy service friendly staff very professional food was amazing very fresh crunchy pickles and lettuce with juicy tomatoes on my sandwich I am definitely going back!

When i first ordered there they was excellent. The next couple time they started messing up big time. also personally those fries are too tiny to even fry leaves a old dried up crusty tasting appearance and look. it started going to a little burnt here etc etc. The final straw was grease soaking out the chicken sandwich to the bag in a pile... That was the first time Ive ever had any food served that way. Although when i had a problem the first time the manager or cooperate office sent me some free coupons, after that ordeal i just decided forget it definitely not going there anymore. something like grease not greasy mess or smudge but grease soaking in the bag and bun def. not.

Pretty good chicken, though honestly Publix chicken fingers in the same shopping center are better IMHO. The qualitys there, fries are fresh cut, and on this outing were good and crisp. I tried their burger today which was excellent actually; falling second only to Hardees because of the lack of size options and non-fresh made buns. Anyway, pricing for quality food is going to be higher, but come on, theres a reason your not at McDonalds. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Ill be back, just make a bigger burger;-) PS they have red onions which I love, be sure to add them to your burger!

Only gave a couple stars because of how nice the people were, but when it comes down to it, its about the food.. which is not that good. Sorry.. The fries are really skinny like those cans of potato stick things from back n tha day. Definitely need to change the fries, I didnt like the taste of the batter on the chicken tenders either, almost a burnt flavor with no seasoning, just plain and burnt taste, also I cant understand how you can mess up lemonade, but yeah.. fail. And they want almost 10 bucks a plate for that. Kinda pricey.. that was my 1st time there, and my last.

Got a metal nail in my daughters crispy chicken sandwich today. Management told us it must have dropped out of their fryer basket, but I wonder if there was something wrong with the shipment of chicken. Management responded well - apologized and offered food coupons. Not looking to sue or make money off this - just want people to know. Otherwise food was decent and service friendly. Not sure how to rate it. Decent food, good service, but hardware in the sandwich.

Im only writing this because I just had to worst customer service by a manager working tonight 12/17/2016 I ordered food for my family of 6 and was asked to pull to the front for fresh fries. I got home and the order for one of my sons wasnt in the bag. I called to let them know and explain thats why Im not a fan of pulling forward and she said she offered a refund and hung up. Im a reasonable person, but that was bad. J

I love their fries as HOPE they never change the recipe! They are the only fries Ill eat! BUT for the first time, their salad lettuce tastes strange. You know what I mean, if youve eaten a weird tasting salad. This is the first time Ive had the problem, but If it happens again, Ill just not get their salads anymore even though theybe been good! But I agree, a little pricey.

The new crispy chicken sandwich may be the best thing Ive ever had on a bun, and I cant praise the zucchini fries enough to do them justice! The only downside is how far I have to go to get to a PDQ, but its worth every mile-however far away I might be.

Crispy chicken salad was excellent. Chicken was hot and salad was fresh. Its a large salad, at that. Only complaints are that this place stays so noisey and the base of the salad bowl is small and tends to tip over. Staff is outstanding.

Not vegan friendly in the least. Mediocre food. Friendly and clean though. Only went with co-workers and did eat burger despite my food preferences at home. Meh. But awesome that they had decaffeinated soda options.

I love their honey butter chicken sandwich and their oreo banana shake. Employee was nice and they have happy hour from 3-5 which excites me every time I go.
