This was my first time having lunch here. Horrible experience wouldnt recommend to anyone. The customer service over the phone when someone took my order was extremely rude. When the deliver woman came to bring food we explained to her that the person taking orders was really rude and she justified WHY he was acting that way towards us which is not professional and shouldnt have been justified. To top it off the philly cheese steak was dry with barely any meat AND my fries were cold and soggy.

Ive been eating here for YEARS! Love this tiny, hole in the wall. Its located in a not-so-great place BUT the Niagra Falls Fire wings w/french fries & chicken fried rice is the BOMB! SOOOOOOO good! Addicting, really. The family that owns it is as sweet as pumpkin pie. They work hard & long hours. No matter what time it is (from earling morning to late night) they will be as nice as they can to accommodate (within reason of course). Great family, Great Business, Great Food.

I love their lemon pepper wings, best in town thus far. However, the guy who takes the orders and Handel the phone is NOT people friendly. He have no personality, its like communicating with a human robot. He need a class or two in customer service. Aside from that their lemon pepper is a must have......

Its not in the greatest of locations, but I guess thats what keeps the over head low to keep the prices good... I order the 50 wings with 2 fries (fries are HUGE) for $30 for me and my fiance and I couldnt stop eating that Niagra Falls fire sauce is delicious

To me they serve one of the best Pizza and Wings combos in Orlando period I know theres other good places out there as well ,but this should be on the top 5 for what I just mentioned! been going there for about 9yrs

Ive had a sub from here before and the one I just received is the worst thing Ive ever eaten in my life. The meat in my sub was so dry and just wasnt edible. I couldnt finish it, I had to throw it out. Disgusting.

My Fav....... There wings are cooked and you still can taste the Flavor (garlic)... There pizza is Awesome and I even sit in from time to time. Customer Service is Outstanding
