Wow! I didnt think things could get any worse but they did. I havent been to BWW for 6 months at least because of a bad experience, but I decided to give it another try. I was at Glen Jean when I placed my order, they said 15 to 20 minutes. Takes me 12 minutes to get from house to there so I waited a few then went. When I got there they did not even have my order on screen to be made. After looking, and searching for the order they decided, "nope" it wasnt there. So I gave my order AGAIN to the girl. She said about 12 minutes. So I sat there waiting. Well it was less then 12 minutes when I got the order and the manager did come out and we had a discussion. And no I didnt pay but let me tell you I was ready to. When I got home and started dishing out the food for everyone to eat it was all I could do to not drive back to the restaurant and give the food back. I live about 6 minutes from the restaurant, so that is not far. The food was OLD AND COLD. Yep! BAD! The wings, in my opinion when sending out in a go order should be wrapped in foil, as should the fries. So maybe they would stay warm. Lesson learned, maybe I will try a dine-in, NOT REALLY SURE ON THAT THOUGH but I will definitely not call in an order to carry home with me.

Bartender was busy on other side of bar flirting for tips or something and took 10 mins before she do7nd time to ask what we wanted to drink. After ordering our 10 highly over priced wings. garlic parm, and lemon pepper which is ussually delicious. They beought us 10 of the worst tasting ive ever had. The garlic parm was bland and tasted old. And the lem9n pepper was basically in the bottom of thebdish they was served in. None on the wings. Com0letely tasteless. Then when asked how things are i told my bartender and she offerd these words "yea sometimes they dont season them well enough" then went back to her flirting without offering to re-make them or discount them. Wont be back for awhile unless its at someone elses expense

My son was in from Hawaii, (where he is stationed), and we chose Buffalo Wild Wings to go to for 4th of July Dinner. Three of us did the wing challenge and all three won a shirt. Met Todd, the General Manager. This guy is the most personable manager I have ever met: Top-Notch all the way! Service was great, food was great! Son is about to PCS to another base and not sure when we will get to see him again. Thanks to Todd and his team, we have tee shirts, photos and awesome memories to remember his visit. Thank you, Buffalo Wild Wings, for hiring good managers like Todd and his team. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

You get two stars because the food came put very quickly. The experience was awful. We have been to this BWWs 4 times. One time our food was really good, every other time the food has been very poor quality and/or inaccurate. Service is usually so so, today was terrible. We had sat for 5 minutes before someone had to go find our waitress. 7 employees (including shift manager) were standing in the aisle when you first walk into the restaurant, also COMPLETELY blocking the path to the bathroom. It was terribly unprofessional. This was the last time we will ever eat here.

My friends vehicle was broken into and robbed on the night of Sept 18 in the parking lot just outside the front door at Buffalo Wild Wings in Mount Hope, WV. Several days later, some of the stolen parts were sold on Ebay by Alans Pawn Shop. There is a nice reward that will pay for a lot of beer and wings for information leading to the return of property. I am sure the B-Dub regulars will immediately know who the thieves are. Please do the right thing, if only for free beer and wings. Thanks!

This place is horrible servers are great kitchen staff couldnt get the job done. I will not be back manager Lewis is great quick to resolve the issue but kitchen staff taking 27 minutes to make a burger get it wrong twice and have to make the manager comp the meal cause your kitchen staff cant boil correctly not going to be back for a while with any restaurant wait two weeks and it will have a new staff.

Always love going to Bw3 in our area closer to Chicago, but it was nice go to a familiar place while traveling... they accommodated our small dog too so we could get out of the car and stretch our legs. Food was good as usual (the wings were extra saucy.. yay)! Service was great and We will return if we find ourselves in West Virginia again .

We visited on a Friday which happened to be $3 margarita day.. needless to say we had a great time .. BWW offers a huge selection of wet and dry rubs for the wings and the best part is you can taste all if them before ordering... The staff was kind and the place was clean and tidy. .. will definitely visit them again

We will stop here every time we head back to Ohio! Ive been going to B-dubs since I was a kid and we had one of the original stores when they first started. This was the best experience we have ever had. The server was so sweet and nice, the whole place was spotless, the food came out fast and delicious.

Birthday party of 16, an hour after placing the order we got our food. Waitress was great....the food awful, the boneless wings were tough and to much breading, the burgers were dry. Huge waist of money, McDs would have been much better!

Excellent service The service is exceptional here. Its a great clean environment and the good quality is on point. The price is moderate, but everything reflects in quality, you get what you pay for.

This place has many screens for viewing sports events, but the service was a but slow. The food also wasnt as tasty as I had imagined. Ive been to better Buffalo Wild Wings locations before.
