Hooters food the majority of us are familiar with, you either have something you like or you dont. This evening I had the fried shrimp tossed in lemon pepper it was good as I expected. A co-worker and I have been frequenting Kers Wing House kitty corner to Hooters due to the happy hour they have. When we had finished eating at Hooters the server personally turned us over to the next service, this has never happened before at Lets Wing House. We have waited 45 minutes or longer to get a drink at Kers Wing House. I now understand why Hooters does not need to have a great deal of specials. The turnover when I when one server leaves to the next at Hooters is smooth and seamless, Wing House is a chore just to get someone to bring you a drink. This is not to say you have those working at Wing House who should be working at Hooters, just saying.. Once the folks I was with left I moved to the bar, Sarah was more than attentive and made sure I had everything I desired. Hats off to Hooters this evening. 4 Stars and a Happy customer.

So we went to Hooters this past Wednesday at 4 pm and had the worst food and service I have ever had .....The food made my girlfriend VERY SICK .... And her daughter .. VERY SICK .... So when we got home I called and talked to the manger and he said he was sorry and wanted to make it right so I said ok ... And I will come back ...So this Friday at 4 I came in for my free dinner .... Not lol nothing was in the book about what happened .... The GM/Doctor told me that there is no way we got bad food from Hooters .... He talked down on me made me look like a ass hole ... We drove over Frome the cape ....And wasted my time .... I have been going to that Hooters for about 30 years ....Worst experience I have ever had .... I was basically called a lier to my face .... Will never ever go back to Hooters they need to learn how to treat people ..Looks like its wing house for me and all my friends .... Dont GOOOOOO to the fort Myers Hooters they rude and the GM/Doctor is a know it all very bad food and service .....

Horrible service came in asked if we seated our self and,the lady said yes i sat down and sat down for 10 to 15 mins while 3 or 4 girls looked at me and seen i didnt have anything in front of me you would think they would have the knowledge to ask if ive been helped never seen such poor service epically when the manger was just standing in the cornor. Hopefully after i told the manger i was leaving maybe he will be ontop of makeing sure everyone is served if i dont have a drink or plate in front of me that i wasnt helped yet. Just like a few people below me said they went to the wing house and that is the same thing i did walked in got greeted right when i walked in door and had a drink with in 3 mins of sitting down all i can say is my next time in fort myers ill drive right past hooters straight to the WING HOUSE!!!!

Leckerer Onionring-Tower als Vorspeise. Danach die Boneless-Wings mit der Chipotle Sauce. Dazu ein einfaches Ginger Ale. Alles serviert von netten Bedienungen, in spannender Uniform. Auf den Bildschirmen laufen parallel alle Sonntagsspiele der NFL. MEGA! Ein Muss in den USA.

Well, weve come here many times... but its just gone downhill. Sit at the bar and look inside the kitchen... NASTY!! Then, watch a roach crawl from the kitchen onto the bar in front of you and the waitress not kill it - THE WORST! I could barely finish my beer to go across the street to Wing House (which, I am not a fan of their wings!!!) because I was disgusted at the lack of caring that a freaking roach came out in the middle of lunch rush. Really guys, clean the place up or put a wall up so you cant sit at the bar and see such filth!

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat after laying around at the pool all day. Ashley told us about the $5 margaritas so of course we ordered it! I wasnt a huge fan of it but for $5 what the heck might was well. We ordered 10 bone in wings, 20 buffalo shrimp, curly fries and hot turkey and bacon wrap. All the good was delish and hot!!! Although I would recommend removing the label/stickers off top of lids before giving to the guest. We dont need to know when you portioned it. Thank you Ashley for the great service Sunday afternoon!

Waitress never gave me refills on my water. Probably because its free. Charged me & my mother $2 each for ranch that is supposed to come with wings. Previous visits havent been any better. Waited several minutes for someone to greet us, clean a table & got a table with no napkins. Waiter never checked on us, got the sandwich wrong & never gave us refills. Fort Myers beach hooters has way better service!

I agree with Matt H... Always trust your local guides... Those giving 1 Stars on goggle ratings really need to double check why theyre giving them out... One time incident? Going in at the busiest times? Or just personally having a bad day? For real, this Hooters is just fine, the service is as good as others in the area and the food is, well, what you came for... Stop hating...

Used to be awesome until last night when the manager kicked all the guys riding motorcycles out. Not sure why hes kicking paying customers out but if Im not welcome there cause I rode my motorcycle up there then I wont come in when Im in my Jeep either. Last night will be my last time eating here. Hurricanes here I come.... You have better food anyways.

We just sat here in the middle of the patio for fifteen minutes waiting to be greeted, had three different girls walk by us several times, even making eye contact, and still not so much as a hello! Theres only two tables, Wtf? We just went to dinner at Wing House down the street and had a beer in our hands within two minutes of walking in.(2/11/15)

This place used to have GREAT "wings".....about a year and one half ago...they changed their hot sauce from great to awful...that means NO...absolutely no...taste.. Didnt go back for 18 months....thought the sauce may have been changed back, No such luck...and the "wings" were dry and they also had no taste....the girls were still lovely ..

Favorite place to go for good food and great service. Every time we go we are treated very well. Its the main reason we keep coming back! 2 months later and it is horrible. I stopped in for a beer at the noon hour and the waitress acted like Im not even here. She made sure to fill up my drink but never made conversation. Horrible.

Food was horrible and so was the service! The salad had a puddle of water in the bowl. The ranch and bleu cheese was watered down. The waitress never told us her name. Was not friendly at all she was slow with the drinks, the extra water dressing and hotsauce. But when i asked for the check she brought that in 30 seconds
