Avoid, avoid, avoid. Youd think the employees at place named after the signature Greek sandwich would know how to pronounce it. I asked for a gyro (pronounced something closer to "hyearoh"), and the guy at the counter had no idea what I was talking about. Then he said, "Oh, you mean a gryo (pronounced as in gyroscope)". So, right away I suspected I was in trouble. After about a 5 minute wait, the food was handed over to me in a styrofoam box. Once again, my suspicions were raised, because a proper gyro should be rolled in flatbread, surrounded by paper and/or foil. Sure enough, when I opened the box, I found an unrolled, very non-Greek flatbread underneath a pile of lettuce, chunky tomatoes, and cubed (not shaved) meat. Ugh. On the side what was supposed to be tzaziki sauce, I guess. Instead, it was just a small container of sour cream rather than the tangy, mint infused yogurt cucumber sauce it should have been. On top of it all, the "thing" (I wont call it a gyro) with fries and a drink was over $12. Hardly a deal. The only good thing I can say is that the fries were good. If youre looking for anything resembling a gyro, let alone the "best gyro", keep looking.

The food quality is fine - not great, not bad. I ordered a giant corned beef sandwich and bbq bacon ranch fries. I picked it up and everything was tightly tied up in a bag so I paid and headed back to work. This place is over priced btw. I opened the food and my fries were sprinkled with bacon; no ranch, no bbq. The worst part was the "giant corned beef". The sandwich had an extra piece of bread in the middle instead of extra corned beef. Everyone knows you dont use three pieces of bread in this situation. Its about the corned beef. Not the bread. It was cold and weak. Ill never go back. I recommend trying it for yourself; you may have a better experience. Good luck.

This place is awful. They did not deliver what we ordered and when I called them about it she told me I did not order that. So for $28 plus a descent tip, we got 2 burgers, soggy large fries and 2 bottles of pop. We arent from the area and was there for medical reasons and we got the name from the hotel we were staying at. Customer service absolutely sucks. We trusted the hotel book about places to order from. So sorry it had to be that way. Feel we were screwed by the hotel and the food.

Twice now I have tried to order around 9:40pm and have been told they were no longer delivering. The second time I was put on hold for 5 minutes to be told they were no longer delivering at 9:40pm. This will be the last time I am tricked by their 10am-10pm delivery advertised on their site. Ive ordered food in the past and havent had any issues until recent. The foods great but sadly the service doesnt match.

The best gyro shop I had been to (been here many times.) The food portion is humongous for the price. I ate at several other gyro shops across Ohio and they really dont give you much gyro and charge you the same price. Food tastes good too! I dont understand why some people complained about the price. New in town? This is a wealthy area of Cleveland. Love it or leave it.

I had driven past this place quite a few times and finally stopped in today. This place is amazing. Food was absolutely delicious, and I had about everything I could try to eat in one sitting. The guy at the counter, Serg, has the best customer service around. This place is a must visit!!!

I just tried this place for the first time today. It is extremely overpriced, and the food was not good. They just through together my order and it was just a large mess, looked nothing like a gyro. The staff was so unfriendly and rude. Stay away, this should be called "worst gyros".

My friend and I ordered some food from here over the phone after going out one night. The gentleman who answered was very very nice. The food was hot and delicious. They have fresh cut fries. I got the chicken Philly sub with regular fries. You can opt for waffle fries.

These are by far the best gyros Ive had in a long time. The wait wasnt very ling but if it was ut would be well worth the wait. Ive only been here twice but I guarantee there will be a third.

I ordered online. My order wasnt received. It took about 3 hours to get it delivered. Gyros tasted good, some of the meat was burned though. Zuchini fries taste like straight old grease.

Good burgers & gyros, convenient location, all day breakfast options, open late. Not super cheap compared to, say McD or BK, but the variety and service are more than worth it.

The gyros are really good! My wife makes me drive all the way over there from Aurora. We always get the regular Greek gyros. Dont know about the other menu items.

Dry meat on all spits, they need to steam it before serving. Great tatsiki sauce though. Overpriced for what u get. I ate at the mentor location.
