Pizza Hut is good Wickliffe Pizza Hut is not. 5 times in a row this shop has managed to ruin some aspect of an order. I live like 6 blocks away it would take me 5 minutes to drive here why are my deliveries an hour? The order is printed on the receipt follow the instructions and youll be fine. Shop forgets frosting with dessert sticks, flavor on crust, ignores your topping selections, forgets beverages, and this is not just once or twice this is on every order I get expect a mystery box. I am insane giving this pizza shop so many chances I just cant believe they are so dumb. I worked at a pizza shop before and it is not hard to sprinkle some cheese. Make a survey on Pizza Hut corporate ha expect that to get you no where fast. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.....Call Willoughby bribe them to deliver or drive the extra mile to avoid this shop comprised of societies least intelligent and undesirable working force. Or just eat a frozen pizza no need to cook it it will probably be warmer and taste better then this tainted pie.

Worst pizza I have ever had. At 4pm on 1/3/2015 my wait time was 53 mins which I agreed to when ordering. Problem was, the pizza had very little sauce and it was cold. When I called to complain I got put on hold for 5 mins before I hung up to call again. With my second call I ask for the manager and was told by Crystal that she was the General Manager. After speaking with her, enduring her highly unprofessional demeanor, its not suprising that the product I received was sudstandard. Today I had pizza from Papa Johns down the street from this Pizza Hut location. It was truly great...and Hot! Inwill never eat at Pizza Hut again. Crystal needs some training on how important the customer is to the success of any business.

I have had 2 issues with the order being incorrect. The last time i complained about it and they gave me a credit for $30.00. I appreciated that, but when i called to recieve my credit it goes to a call center that can not see the credits. They send you to the actual store that doesnt answer! I called back multiple times and reach a call center every time. Very frustrating when your hungry and thats the only pizza hut in your distrect! I want my credit! Thanks!!

Food was burnt forgot part of my order and told me it would be brought to me when the driver returned. 2 hrs later when no one shows up call back to be told I had never placed a order after talking to someone else they had no idea what they were talking about and could only give me store credit for there mistake witch is worth less than nothing when you consistently get garbage food from a single location. Skip this pizza hut and save your self the hassle

The service sucked here... we ordered a pizza and the guy delivered the small 1 topping pizza and it took little over 50minutes for delivery.. Rediculous... So when the pizza got delivered, I gave the dude money and he said if he was getting a tip..... I said no and he left and slammed his car door as he was leaving... Were u really expecting a tip from me after a 50minute wait

They messed up my order, when I called to get it straightened out, they put me on hold. I waited 10 minutes then tried calling back. They put me right back on hold, I waited for 5 minutes then tried calling back again. This time and the next couple it just went to some sort of voicemail box that wasnt set up. The delivery guys are always nice though.

Do not eat here, 1st they got the order wrong, 2nd the manager said she was going to fix it(never did), 3rd they wouldnt refund, talking about a credit....WHY WOULD I COME BACK?! Terrible food, worthless customer service, incompetent management....Pizza Hut should close this place down

Bad food. Bad service. I usually get Giuseppes but sometimes we get Pizza Hut because my son likes the stuffed crust. I skip over the Wickliffe one and go down to Willoughby. Shut that place down and put it with the Wickliffe McDonalds.

The workers are very rude and unhelpful! The food was very very very DISCUSTING! I found MOLD in my pizza, they tried to tell me a green pepper fell into the batter but that WAS A LIE I will never eat there again as long as i live

It was terrible. They got my pizza wrong and I ordered 12 wings got 6 then I also ordered 24 other wings and got 16. The service was terrible too, I stood waiting for about 5 minutes waiting to get my order.
