The food from Baci (we get delivery) is fantastic, but that is only half the story. The chef/owner, Frank, is fantastic. He puts out amazing food and, in the rare instance that there is a problem, he owns it and fixes it. End of story. He is DETERMINED that you are going to get good food and good service...and it is really appreciated. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and easy to deal with. Just talking to them is a nice experience and, even when they are rushed they never come off brusque or rude (a lot of places could take a lesson from them). The Riceball special is worth noting on its own, just delicious and certainly much larger than you might be expecting. If you havent tried this place, you are missing out. There is a lot of good pizza in Naples, so if you are a pizza person, put this into your rotation. If you are looking for Italian delivery? Put this place at the very top of your rotation and throw away the rest of the list.

I appreciate this place for the people and the food. The nicest people you could ever meet. You walk in and they really want to make you feel comfortable and at home. What I appreciate the most is that they make just about everything from scratch. That the food is made to order, hence the time it takes for you to get your food and when you do, it is piping hot and fresh. We have had the pizzas, pastas, and heroes and theyre all fresh and delicious. What they lack in "ambience" they truly make up for with their no-nonesense and genuine attitude and hospitality. If you want great, fresh, hot and delicious food and a casual, unpretentious, relaxed atmosphere, get out of your house and sit and experience some great food and meet some really down-to-earth people who love what they do. Prices and portions are great too!

The vodka sauce tasted like a bacon sauce and they put it over spaghetti when we specifically asked for linguini. The $6 riceball was dry and unflavorful and sitting on top of a bed of dead, brown lettuce. There was hardly any eggplant in the eggplant rollatini (the only reason you couldnt tell was because it was over a bed of penne). The only two things that were enjoyable were the fried ravioli (on top of more dead, brown lettuce) and the bread. Hardly worth the $40 we ended up spending. Way too over priced for such horrible quality. If youre going to charge that much, make the food worth it.

Food is really good. Had pizza right before closing. Ordered a small cheese and got a large. Crust slightly burnt but the sauce and cheese made up for it. Tonight ordered chef salad which was very big. Had a lot of meat and cheese. Calamari that was fried perfect. Something thats very hard to do. Perfect amount too. And firied ravioli. First time having those. Wasnt too crazy about them but was ok. Very friendly staff and got food delivered quickly. I give them 5 stars.

Were picky about our pizza. We had a favorite place in Naples that closed down and we spent the better part of a year trying to find a new "place". Baci was it the second we walked in the door. Frank and Uncle Steve are two awesome characters that make great food and truly appreciate they customers. We look forward to seeing them just as much as we do eating the Grandmas Pie we almost always order. I cant recommend Baci highly enough. They are awesome!

Havent had anything besides the pizza, but its bangin. If youre seriously complaining about the decorum or some dribble about bacon sauce then you arent a pizza person, because you go to a pizza place for the pizza, not for a 5 star chef/dining experience, you go for pizza and this place does pizza right. Best thing to do, you ready for this? Order a pizza, pick up the pizza, eat the pizza, repeat.

Everyone was very friendly especially our server ( I gave her a hug ) pizza is excellent we had the "kitchen sink" took most home because the large is huge . Impressed the owner was attentive and friendly too not to mention hes the chef . Well be back from Cleveland again to eat here. Awesome!!!

I order the bianca pizza around every 3months It has always come earlier (1/2hr early tonight)or on time. Is always just the best pizza of its kind and though a bit pricey once I add tomato and onion I enjoy every bite ...pure bliss..Thanks for making my tummy so happy!!

We got delivery. Food was cold by the time it got to us and none of it was very good. Might do the trick for other people but for people who eat at a lot of Italian places regularly, I think youll be disappointed.
