I need for anyone reading this review to understand that I am a die hard chick chic. I worked at the one at Beachwood Mall all through High School under Franco Fodi and then Tony Alexander. When I was in school in Nevada drove to Malibu just to get a chix biscut. Cause there are no Chick-fil-a in Nevada. But today i was at my neighborhood store owned and operated by Billie McDonald I go at least 2 to 3 times a week for lunch. Today I watched the entire staff insult a black lady that had come to purchase ice. The cashier gave her a small bag of ice. When the young lady asked if she could have a larger bag one of the managers approached and told her you get what we give you in so many words. The lady took her bag and left. I walked out behind her and asked her was she okay. She let me that she purchases the ice for her mother who has cancer. How could you guys treat someone like this. Disapointing

My daughter and I came and ordered original chicken sandwiches. It was taking a little longer than normal, so an associate came out to tell us that it would be about 4 more minutes. When the order finally came, the young lady was so sweet, polite and apologetic. They even gave us each a cookie for our wait. The way we were talked to and treated definitely made up for the wait time. Great customer service!! Wish I could give them more stars!

Who doesnt love Chic-fil-A! I mean the service is fast, friendly and always made right. For breakfast I recommend the chicken, biscuit with egg. The biscuit is so buttery and compliments the chicken well. Also for lunch, or dinner I love the chicken strips or the nuggets. Their nuggets are the real deal not that overprocessed mess other restaurants serve.Love them!!!!

I travelled miles to get to this place, I love Chick fil a, who doesnt, what you expect easy in and easy out. The staff was nice and pleasant and the food was just what I wanted. It still amazes me that some do not serve cole slaw. The number one always delivers and the drive through is fast.

Chicken for Breakfast? Who would have thought, I had a friend who recommended the Chick-Fil-A Chicken Biscuit for breakfast so I gave it a try. Not only did I like it, It is now one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches that I covet. They are so good that I grabbed an extra for lunch.

The food is fresh and delicious, the lemonade is natural and not artificial, and when you dine in an emloyee takes your food to your table for you and asks you if you want refills and does the kond of things they do at a real resteraunt!!! Highly recommend this for a nice lunch!!!

Yeah its chick-fil-a food so its pretty decent but the staff here is particularly incompetent. They run out of things all the time, so much so it makes you wonder about their inventory management. Anyway pretty good chicken sandwich served by idiots.

Chick fil a is a well run fast food restaurant I have had the best drive thru experiences here. The workers are always courteous and professional which does not happen often in the drive thru. The food is very good if you want better quality chicken.

I love Chick-fil-A the food is amazing and the customer service at this location is great...... but please make a sandwich that uses the cheese for the dipping fries that cheese is amazing on a sandwich
