I called the number for the Davis - Kings Lake carryout store, since I get most of my groceries in that Publix. Not knowing that PH was closed, and the number re-routed to the Tamiami store. I placed my order, and went to get a couple groceries, then walked over expecting to pick up my pizza perfectly timed, and saw the sign. I called the number I placed the order at and asked what location they had my pizza at. The girl didnt seem to care what I was talking about and said shed throw the pizza away, and I should have let her except I was both hungry and thinking if I wanted to order from here again, Id have to justify the bad mark on my name, so I said Id pick it up. She asked what my name was, I told her, and she said there wasnt anything in my name. Then asked what I ordered, and said it was under someone elses name; this despite the guy who took my order asking me to spell my name. After a brief moot argument about how my name should be spelled, I was able to clarify that I was in fact still wanting the pizza and the girl seemed annoyed that I had taken 2 minutes of her life that shed never get back, or maybe that was me. When I got to the front counter, the guy working the till and floor told me to wait while he seated someone... fine. Then he came back past me twice, talked for a couple moments to 3 of the workers in the back who were all standing around, then came to serve me. He had me pay first, then pulled my pizza out of the warmer and came back and put it on the counter unopened. I hadnt ordered from PH in a while, and last time it was back up north in Minnesota so maybe its just a regional thing, but I am accustomed to them showing you the pizza anytime you pick up or get a delivery so I asked to see it (to make sure it was right, AND to make sure the girl from the phone hadnt spit on it). They guy seemed annoyed at the extra effort but did open the box. I looked at it and it seemed OK, so I futilely thanked the man whom I had displaced. The pizza was decent, not as good as I remembered, but probably worth $10 (if I hadnt had to drive 7min to the other store). I ended up eating half of it and was extremely full. I then spent half the night running to the bathroom; maybe from undercooked sausage or just perhaps my body not being used to fast food pizza anymore. Anyway, it is very unlikely I will return to this particular restaurant any time in the remotely near future.

If I were to describe my recent experiences with Pizza Hut in just one word.. that word would be AWFUL. This company has, by far, the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Theres a pizza hut 1.7 miles from where I work and they sometimes deliver here and other times tell me that they dont deliver to my location. My most recent experience has ended my patronage with Pizza Hut. My wife and I ordered a pizza for lunch (I work at night and the Pizza Hut is 1.3 miles from our house so we figured this would be a quick meal before I had to rest in preparation for work). She orders online for convenience and we typically pick it up because its so close. On this fateful day, she accidentally chose "Delivery" at the beginning and rather than back all the way out and put the order in again, we would just go with it. They NEVER CAME. We were quoted 45 minutes for the delivery, meh okay we get it, youre busy. No problem. Well an hour goes by and no pizza. Naturally, we call to see what is going on. They tell us that the driver is in traffic and hell be there very soon. Really? In traffic for 1.3 miles? Okay then. We have waited this long. Might as well wait the next 5 minutes right? Wrong. 30 minutes later, still no pizza. We call again, mad now because my time is being eaten up waiting to eat. Their manager, Rick, is the one answering the phone (he answered last time as well) and I said "Well, I assume the pizza is never coming so Im gonna have to cancel my order." He simply says "Okay. Have a nice day." Im NEVER ordering from them again. Its a shame because when they try, the pizza is actually pretty good. Oh, and they carry Pepsi products. Gross.

WORST delivery experiance EVER!!! I have never written a review before but this needs to be said. I had ordered dessert tonight and was charged for it. When I recieved the order it was missing. The driver said nothing about any of it being missing. I had to call the store and ask. They proceeded to tell me they were sold out of the smores pie. NICE TO KNOW AFTER TIPPING THE DRIVER AND NOTICING MYSELF IT WAS NOT THERE!!! The store worker had a horrible attitude about my missing order. Like it was my fault for not knowing they didnt have certain items I ordered. She automatically transferred me to corperate where I had been offered a refund of 6 dollars or I could choose another dessert item. Also I was missing sauces with my garlic knots. She said they could send a driver out with the sauce and a order of apple pie. I agreed and after a hour and a half wait i called the store back and they were CLOSED!! I called corperate and they wanted to store credit me and I said NOOOO I got refunded 6.00 and a week from now my money will be refunded back into my bank. TO EVERYONE IN NAPLES,FL. GO TO NAPLES PIZZA!! THIS PIZZA HUT LOCATION AND THERE CORPORATE OFFICE WAS EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE AND ARE FALSE ADVERTISING AND NOT CARING ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS AND OVERCHARGING!!!

Lamentablemente hoy fui a este Pizza Hut, tenía la orden online con N° y llegué 4 (cuatro) minutos tarde, el empleado no solo no me abrió la puerta sino que haciendome una seña de cortar el cuello me dijo "vete aquí no hay nada para tí" delante de mi señora y me hija. Espero que Pizza Hut tome las medidas correspondientes con este maleducado. Tengo en mi poder la orden aceptada y pedida en tiempo y forma

Well I just left this location. I was expecting the worst after reading the reviews here. To my surprise It was a very good experience. The staff was friendly and clean, and my Pizzas were so hot and fresh I had to wait to eat. How ever when I called to order, I was put through to a call center and the person answering the phone talked so fast and unclear that I just hung up and ordererd when I got there. He also acted put out when I asked about any specials. They should probably replace him with someone who enjoys that type of work.

I have talked to 3 customer service representatives just to place a simple order and everyone is putting me on hold 1-2 minutes to end up by getting transferred to someone else , so after 10 minutes I just hang up and get my order from somewhere else. This is another bad experience with the customer service , I rather to wait for pickingredients up my pizza than calling the stupid, rude and careless customer service representatives, i think everyone of them should be putted into severe test and fire whosoever make a mistake.
