Now I understand why the score on this place is only at 3.5.... Im from Boston and this is an embarrassment of this franchise. Arrived 8:50pm and they were out of chicken.... can you imagine Boston Market out of chicken!???!! The excuse of Amanca was that they didnt plan accordantly....smh.... they place was dirty and nasty. I will never go back to this place... if you want to be disappointed ...you just need to show up. They dont deserve not even a 1 on the scores.

Well I came in here for a sit down dinner at around 6pm. I waited in line for 10 minutes and got to the front and asked for a large turkey. She told me to wait at the end of the line because it wasnt up yet. So now im started to get mad because i had to wait for everyone else. And some people in front of me ordered turkey! I ended up waiting for well over 35 min till i was helped.

Dumb Rednecks

The food is great but every time I come here every single person is parked like a retard. Not only are their patrons dumb, their employees are always out back smoking and littering like the wastes of oxygen that they are. The back parking lot is very indicative of the quality of this store: full of garbage.

This Boston Market has been up and down on quality for the last 6 months. One time the District Manager met me their to see what is happening. Today the food was so poor I returned it and walked out. It appears the Boston Market brand is now drive-thru scoop-and-serve low quality. Sad!

Had a great lunch. Friendly staff, was training a new hire, they both were customer focused and extremely pleasant. Clean surfaces, clean restrooms. ...and the chicken was perfect as always... Cant beat it.

Food always tastes fresh. However went there on Easter and sad to say I noticed my food was cold. Steam trays werent on I dont think. Come on Boston market. Didnt see steam coming up from the food trays.
