Me encantaba el lugar, iba semanalmente, pero las Dos ultimas veces fue fatal, las ordenes nunca me las sirvieron como era, se tardaron casi una hora para traer lo que realmente habia pedido, y como estaba totalmente molesta por tantos errores y mala atencion de la mesera, que casualmente fue la misma en las dos ocasiones, puse un tip bajo, la señora se molesto y nos abordo en la mesa para decirnos que si la propina habia sido tan poca por la atencion de ella???? Persona falta de respeto y falta de etica que no tiene que preguntar y menos molestarse si sabe que no presto un servicio de altura y calidad, es lamentable porque me encantaba el lugar, pero ya no lo visito mas nunca..

Ive gone to a Texas Roadhouse in Colombus GA before my first time eating there. When I heard about this Texas Roadhouse opening in the Miami area I knew it was going to be my place to go. I remember going for the first time was not surprised how busy it would be on a Saturday night, nevertheless I didnt have to wait too long and I didnt mind either. Our server was amazing, the atmosphere was far past perfect, a little loud but the employees and their morale was uplifting, the attention to detail by the server was spot on and I didnt have to ask for anything. The appetizer came within the first 5 minutes. No lie 3 minutes later came the main meal I was dumbfounded and that was the moment right there where I knew this Texas Roadhouse was indeed my to go place. Better than the GA one, no competition. I have gone over 4 times since my first visit and every visit has been matched if not surpassed. Ive never written a review but I just had to make one about this Texas Roadhouse.

Pesimo llegamos a las 9: 20 nos sentaron donde quisieron pues fonde deseaba sentarme me dijeron que ya estaban cerradas no me habia terminado de sentar llego la chica y sin saludar descargo en ingles a toda velocidad inentendible las ofertas cuando le pedi un momento se molesto y en español nos dijo si no quieren ordenar me voy de forma descompuesta por lo que me levante y me fui considerando un trato pesimo diferente al de la vez anterior no lo recomiendo ya como lo hacia antes

I used to come to this resturant a lot with my family but I went on wensday night and the service was really bad. It wasnt packed at all. We get sat on a our table and the server gives us bread and he doesnt come back for 15 minutes and we never see him walking by. We call other servers to see if maybe they can find him for us and none of them even notice us . He finally comes to the table he doesnt even give us his name or nothing and then he takes our order .. he doesnt even right it down so Im here thinking that hes going to forget it. The food comes after 25 minutes of waiting. The half rack of ribs I got were burned and had a lot of fat on them. My boyfriends meal came with fries and his fries came out cold. I see the manager walking around and she doesnt even come to the table to see how were doing. Worst experience. Never going again.

Horrible el servicio.. el dia 7 de noviembre en la tarde, hoy mismo dia de mi cumpleaños fue a celebrarlo ahi, la mesera nunca nos trajo agua y cuando lo hizo fue con vasos sucios y su respuesta cuando nos quejamos fue "te traigo al manager" y el manager cuando llego a la mesa lo unico que pregunto era que si habia sido el niño que habia puesto la servilleta, el manager llamado Juan Arango.

The food is great and my family and I love coming here but we always seem to have an issue with the check. My mom and I have ordered the 8.99 steak special and twice after specifically requesting the 8.99 special have been given the 9.99 one. Yes its a $1 more but still it adds up after like 3-4 times. Recently my mom went for her birthday and once again specifically asked for the $8.99 Wednesday Special and a Happy Hour margarita and was charged the $9.99 steak and given a regular "skinny" margarita (which she did not order a skinny anything) and charged for the non-happy hour version. When my mom addressed the waitress about the mistake she told my mom "Well just dont give me a tip then" thats not what I would call customer service. Love the food but dont think well be going back anytime soon.

I was very surprised to have found a nice steak place in this area, since most of the steak places in & around of Doral are overpriced and service is terrible. But I went there the other day with the family and everything was excellent. We were actually going towards Outback Steakhouse, and saw this place on Flagler and decided to try it out. Its the reborn version of the Roadhouse Steakhouse that was originally on 87th Ave. More light, more ambiance, and better service. Peanut buckets are still in every table, but at least people are not throwing the shells on the floor. Food order came in perfectly served, steaks were cooked as ordered, and portions are very very generous. I am so pleased to have found this place. My new favorite steak place!

The best thing to eat here is free - The complementary bread with cinnamon butter is addictive. They cook it fresh and keep bringing you basket after basket of warm deliciousness. On to the actual food: The cactus blossom was extremely oily and because of that, 3 of us only ended up eating a quarter of it. The ribs could have used a little more BBQ sauce, but they were extremely tender and fell off the bone. My steak was cooked perfectly and my gigantic sweet potato covered in marshmallows was delicious. The service was decent for a busy Friday night. They do offer call ahead seating and I highly recommend using it - we were seated within 5 minutes of checking in.

Ademas de servicio rapido y buena comida,tiene caracteristcas muy particulares.Los empleados( jóvenes en su mayoria)realizan bailes y corografias.Celebran el cumpleaños de los clientes,llevando un banco con una montura imitando montar a caballo al homenajeado ,en resumen mucha alegría y cosas que se salen de lo comun.

My husband and I visit this restaurant regularly, however though the staff tries to be friendly it usually comes out extremely scripted. We always call ahead for a booth for two, and somehow this gets messed up more times than not. The staff does not know how to handle a simple misunderstanding, and tries to make the custmer somehow at fault. "We are now going to have to put you back in line, we cant guarantee that well have a booth". How about a sorry we messed up, and well get you a booth as soon as one becomes available. Whats happening to customer service!?

It was Valentines Day (2017) and the place was very packed and we were expected a wait time of 30 to 60 minute wait. Our buzzer went off in approximately 5 minutes of waiting. They expanded an area that is for couples and I will say it is much darker and colder in that area. Our waiter was beyond nice, friendly and though he had a lot of people and was multitasking he did an amazing job. Though out my dinner I lost my voice and had to switch to sign language and though the waiter didnt know sign language he was patient with me.
