Love there food, And you want a great waitress, ask for Karen, she has been there for 25 yrs, and she will treat you with the Best, Great service a waitress should be doing!!!!!!!! up there!! she works only morning shifts, we have been going up there for the past year, and will wait for a table, in her section!!!! And the only good Manager up there is Candy!!! least she walks around, and asking people how they are doing, and how is everything,and asks customers is there anything she can do for us!!! Like a Real Manager should do!!! there are lots of restaurants, we go too and you dont ever see a manager walking around, asking how everything is!! Those managers are always hiding somewhere!!!! Yes, Kings Family Restaurant in Monaca Pa is Great!!!!!!!! Too me and My Family

I watched the guy scrape the bottom of a pan that was sitting just out on a counter and put the contents of that said container in the microwave. Well that was the gravy for my country fried steak. It was awful as you can imagine. The eggs and hash browns were good. Watched a a table walk out after not being served fast enough. Watched a table seat themselves and grab their own menus. Looks like they suffer from under staffing and lack of effective management.

My dad and I just came because it was just next door, but damn this was a awesome find, nice staff "family" friendly, good food. I had French toast with eggs and beacon which was nice and crispy, my dad had the "morning noon and night" which a sandwich of beacon, egg, ham and a jam/sauce not sure, something apricot beacon. Our server was Wanda real nice and friendly, was able to get refills for our drinks right before we finished our first drinks.

Went here after my daughters preschool graduation. They sat us near the kitchen where we got to listen to a server complain about being cut from the floor; one cook calling another a wussy (Ill sub the word here) for not going drinking after work. The floor was covered in garbage, there was a bucket of dressing sitting atop the heat lamp, and my wife and daughter were served rotting tomatoes.

Since Kings increased their prices since I last ate here, and renovated the place quite nicely, I thought the food might be better- Im one that usually finds you get what you pay for. Food is average, but the prices are above average (compared to Eat n Park, Dennys, and Bob Evans). Service was average also. Spend your money more wisely if it matters to you...

The food ok, was no line, we seat close to the bathroom and the smell of it was outside, dont know if needed to clean or they do not use to proper detergents. The waitress was ok, there was no follow up after the food was served. The place looks like it change of management, it was not like this. 3 start because the food was ok and not major issues.

Pretty good food for the price but I was really distraught by the lack of low carb options. Even the salads were loaded with them so the only option I really had was eggs. The wait staff was very friendly especially with my grandmother however so that really makes it good.

The service is usually very good. And the restaurant is kept clean. I am a big fan of Kings Buffalo Chicken Flat Bread and Soup. But their fries are like-frozen varieties. If you get the right meal, your taste buds will be in heaven. I will definitely be eating here again.

The service has been terrible for years. The food is good if u can get to a seat, but Ive walked out plenty of times before being seated. Every couple years I try my luck again just to see if I can get in. Youd think its a frickin nyc night club its so hard to get into!

Family diner style restaurant chain. Good selection of tasty food and desserts, friendly staff, mostly reasonable prices. Has ice cream and baked goods to go at entrance. Unfortunately not 24 hours.
