Siempre que pedimos pizza en éste lugar vamos por ella el servicio de delivery es pésimo, las pizzas o lo que debes te llegan casi frío y a tal punto que cuando no nos queda más remedio, alguna que otra vez ya no damos ninguna propina, pues esto a chóferes de delivery creen que es una o luxación darle gran propina esto es a consideración de lo que se te une y con la calidad y es precisamente que a ésta hora de hoy 5 de julio apenas a las 11:40 pm la pedí y se apareció a las 12:40 am, que propina con otra vez la pizza fría le da deseos de dar además de ser tan arrogante el chofer del delivery diciendo que ni las gracias es una falta,de respeto llegar y decir todo esto a la propia casa de uno, esto es intolerable, rstas5 personas están muy equivocadas cuando uno da una propina primer o es porque queda totalmente satisfecho con lo que recibe y segunda también sea poca la propina si es el caso quedarse callado y respetar porque ya,de antemano a uno le cobran por la pizza que además tiene que meterla nuevamente en el horno, total que están muy equivocado y que el servicio es pésimo y la,calidad de las pizza es la mayoría de las veces una cajita de sorpresas. En fin una porquería todos juntos.

We placed an order and were told the pizza would arrive in approximately 30 min. We waited about an hour to call and ask what was going on. Alejandro, the cashier, assured us that everything was fine. He told us that things were a bit slow because they only had one driver. We waited another 15 min to call back and speak to the manager, Anna, about our order. She checked on the system and apparently we did not even have an active order. She tried to blame it on us having insufficient funds in our account and then admitted to having a glitch in the system. Anna couldnt care less, she said there was nothing she could do about it and then asked us if we would like to place another order and wait. We are very upset because if there was a glitch we should have been called or at least informed of any problems especially since we called to check on our order.

Horrible customer Service the manager like talking to a hamburger chef from Mcdonalds she has no concept of Customer Service no wonder they work at a pizza place and have no other expectations in life to better themselves. I placed an order at 8:37pm the guy said it will take 40 minutes for delivery at 9:37pm I call again and i was transferred to the call center then after 5 minutes on hold they trabsfer me to thelocation and the supposed manager answers and tells me my order was not out yet with teo little kids that I have who were starving she was very nasty, bad attitude. Not even in a pizza restaurant you obtain the right cuatomer service now a days.

If I could rate a negative star I would Ive ordered here since I was little and I used to come and dine in when it was as an actual restaurant and its spiraled down hill. Its got to the point where every time I go something happens. corporate do something idk but shut this place down or make it like it used to be. Im done with this Pizza Hut.DONT ORDER HERE ANYMORE!!!!!!!!

Horrible pizza! Its way to dry! I was so excited to eat it for todays superbowl Game and it was made horrible. I would rather drive to the palmetto bay location because they make it how it looks on the tv commercial! Never again! Bad pizza

If I could give them zero stars I would. I had to wait 1 hour and they bring me the wrong pizza - someone else order. absolutely pathetic. stay away from this branch, their customer service is terrible and their employees lie.

Absolute garbage. You cant expect the food youre buying to be in any way the way you wanted. 4th time in a row I order a pizza and they forget something on it. Save the time and money people and choose a different pizzeria.
