When I opened the door to the place the heatwave and smell of grease and duck sauce gave me the experience of an authentic chinese kitchen in a foreign land (America). This place is as plan Jane as an atmosphere can get. Oh, if you plan to dine in bring a fan, and pray that two other parties didnt arrive before you because thats all the tables they have. The food was... do you like the texture of runny eggs? Ok, enough of the sarcasm. I did have serious concerns regarding sanitation. No hair nets and the sweltering jungle-like atmosphere had all the employees dripping sweat. When I asked for something to eat with the cashier reached her grubby hand into a cup of plastic forks. She glanced up and saw our disgusted looks and just wiped the forks off on a napkin, as if that made them clean! There was no soap or paper towels in the bathroom. The last big kicker was they didnt even give us any soy packs and when I asked the guy for some he gave us 3 packs to split up. My friend had ordered a box to go and requested 5 soy packs and that stingy old man only came off of two! Did the price of soy sauce skyrocket recently or something? I ended up throwing my $15 worth of slop (I attached a picture of my "spicy shredded beef with red peppers") in the garbage. Anyway, last weekend we went to the chinese place in Calcutta thats a third world of difference better than this Hanoi Hilton cafeteria. And well worth the extra 10 minutes driving!

Food is good but the over all experience makes me dislike this place. First, no one makes eye contact or talks to you. I basically ordered through a series of grunts and pointing. After waiting for the food to be ready I went up to pay and I found out there is a 10 dollar minimum on card purchase. So I asked where an ATM is so I can get them the cash. The girl working the front counter pointed vaguely in the direction of the road and said "There is a bank up there". I decided not to wonder around the town to find an ATM, I just ordered more food. At this point you would have through I actually did something to make them angry. Some glares and more yelling in their native language. After everything was done cooking and they tossed my food bags at the counter, never said a word and I grabbed my food and left.. Over all everyone was sad and miserable. Also the place looks pretty grungy. I feel like they have given up.

I wish I didnt even have to give them 1 star. They cannot understand orders nor do they have any social skills to deal with the public. The place isnt very clean and the food is now terrible. I will never go there again!!!!
