This was my first time going to this location. Both the cashier Viviana and the Supervisor Belio are a joke. The cashier took my order wrong after I clearly told her what not to put in my wrap over and over again because it seems like she was new or something . Then to top it of, I order a COMBO and I didnt get my drinks!! so I ask the manager for my cups (which it says it in the recipt) and he said that was for the shakes I order not the drinks.. Yeah buddy because your cashier lady told me the combo comes with drinks. Imbecile! The only good and excellent servise we got was the waiter and guy that brough ours shakes, Justin. Excellent service dude. But I rather go to the one in Doral or the one in South Dixie hwy, never had an issue in any of those locations.. or even better I rather go to the one and only Steak N Shake across the street.

Las hamburguesas son geniales, también venden perros calientes, y tienen menú infantil y bar de ensalada libre, siempre sirven la comida rapido, siempre hay mesas disponibles aunque este lleno, venden shakes y postres y hasta tienen una hamburguesa vegana que es deliciosa

Garbage. Customer service sucks. Cashiers are rude. But thats probably no their fault, the whole management staff is just a group of extremely rude and unprofessional group of people.Never coming back to this one in particular. Save your money, go across the street to Steak n Shake, where at least you know youll be treated better, and for a better price.

Love the big, fresh, tasty portions! Ive been a fan of this restaurant for over 25 years. This particular location has never been packed when Ive been there, which has been on Saturdays for lunch. Theyre continuously piping weekly countdowns from the 70s & 80s. And theres plenty parking. Although they have several HDTVs, this place is not a sports bar.

Burgers are over priced and of meh-quality meat. Cost of drink and fries seems greatly exaggerated. In comparison to other burger joints, not only do you get a fairly bland not-great burger, you also pay more than competitors. In the end, the bang-for-your-buck just isnt there, and at their price points you expect better quality and are left wanting.

This place was pretty darn good while I was in Florida. I had the BBQ burger which was juicy, so juicy it ran down my hand but I wish there was more BBQ sauce on it though. The wedges were okay and the atmosphere was good, fast paced and busy. Cant wait to try this place again when I move to Texas.

Have gone the last few times and there is alway an issue with my order. Today, my daughters Kobe burger was almost rare and the bacon was tough to chew. Kitchen staff laughed about it. Not once did they apologize - and it was the manager that took care of the issue! Better to go to Five Guys.

I have never had a bad experience here (compared to the burger place across the street) the food tastes amazing and prices are not that bad. Theres also alot of options and they dont have food thats too greasy. Ice cream also tastes great I do recommend you get some for yourself.

This fuddruckers finally opened and the food there is so good I went a couple days ago with my mom and dad and I gotta say the burgers there are even better than any other burger joint and I will definitely come back to this fuddruckers and I will give it 5 stars

First they give me a piece of chicken thats half the size of the bun. When I tried eating the burger, it literally fell apart because the chicken was too wet for the untoasted bun. Oh and BTW each burger with fries is $11+... Save yourself the money!

Great price and delicious burgers. I paid more for less tasting burgers at other places, but here its been great the three times I been there. I used to hate this place back in the 90s, but now, its had become my favorite burger joint.

The food was good but Mr Andersons attitude was disappointing. Nothing in particular just had a long face towards me and my family, every one else in the place was cordial but sadly it only takes one person to ruin your experience!

Hit or miss. I blame upper management. Ive been a customer for 27 years. I personally know the expectations and standards. Do not hire kids to cook higher end product. Please use seasonings and professionals to cook.

Specialty burgers are the best Ive had. Little pricey, but when compared to competitors large combos for their bigger burgers, its only a couple of $$ more, definitely worth the upgrade.
